Advance passenger information now compulsary
From 01 April 07, British Airways has mandated that Advance Passenger Information (API) and Emergency Contact Data (ECD) is featured within ALL bookings and entered prior to customer arrival at the airport.
Complete North America include a web link and the British Airways booking reference on all holiday confirmations featuring British Airways flights. This allows customers to easily access their flight arrangements online and provide the basic information required as well as request specific seats, check-in and print boarding cards 24 hours prior to departure.
The entry of this compulsory information is designed to minimise queues at the airport and improve security.
Failure to enter this information can delay the delivery of tickets.
