    Hi Jessica

We have recently returned from our USA holiday – which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall, we had a great time – it was a brilliant experience and all the arrangements made by CNA were excellent. There was only one issue where we could not find the Holiday Inn Express in Gulf Shores as your map indicated that the hotel was on the coast where, in fact, it was some way inland. Our satnav could not find it either, so it was a bit challenging, but we got there!

We’ll take another look at the directions supplied for the Holiday Inn Gulf Shores, thanks for this.

We did the “Deep South” trip that included Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana and had a wonderful time. All the hotels were fine, but the Monmouth Plantation in Natchez was exceptional both for comfort and service. Make sure you stay there if in Natchez. Good night life particularly in Nashville and New Orleans. Driving is easy, but extra concentration required at intersections particularly if turning left. It’s dangerously easy to turn left into the wrong side of the road! Sat nav is highly recommended; you don’t want to waste time getting lost.

Would it be possible to do a slightly shorter version of your deep south tour. We are a little concerned that with so many places to visit the driving could be too much. We really want to visit Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans. Maybe over 10 days. Maybe late June?
    Looking forward to your reply

    To Whom it may concern

We have just completed the holiday attached, and have to make the following statement.

This is the eleventh trip of this type to the United States we have made. Never before have we made contact with the holiday provider after the event, but this time is different, we have always gone with well known national companies. You, Complete North America with Sweet Magnolia Tours, put together the best holiday in the States we have ever had, the accommodation was faultless, we completed all your trips (except the tea pot museum, I really just couldn’t do that!) plus we added a few of our own, the mileage was phenomenal !

The hotels were better than expected, the Houses were brilliant, Swann’s Nest was so good.

    With Kindest regards

    Neville and Carol Burgess

    Hello Roger

Just a line to say thanks very much for arranging our rather short notice trip to the US. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the break. Thanks to anyone in your organisation who had anything to do with our booking, and thanks also for the welcome home gift, which was a nice touch.

Many thanks for the efficiency, and keep up the good work.

    Kind regards

We are back safe and sound from our trip to the “Deep South”, had a great time and all the hotels were fantastic.

Just a couple of comments though, I think that you should tell future visitors that the Peabody in Memphis charges an extra $9.95 hotel service fee per night per room and that the valet parking is the most expensive. We had no option other than to use valet parking as the self park was full due to an event being held there.

Future clients should also be advised of the procedure at Atlanta airport, once we had cleared immigration (almost an hour) we proceeded to baggage reclaim whereupon after collecting our bags both us and the baggage went through security screening again, meaning that any liquids purchased airside in UK were now illegal in Atlanta and were accordingly confiscated. Also the lack of communication in telling us where our hold baggage could be picked up, which involved a fairly long train journey. As you can imagine a lot of the passengers from this flight were very tetchy and tempers were tested to their limits, especially as the whole ordeal took at least two hours after deplaning.

Other than that a great time was had by all, we took our own Sat Nav with us which proved invaluable, no one should attempt the trip without one as it saved two marriages on our trip!!!!! I couldn’t even imagine the arguments that may occur due to “faulty ” map reading! Thank you for your efficiency in arranging the trip for us and we will not hesitate to recommend your company to friends.

    Kindest regards,

Geoff & Christine, Manuel & Barbara
