Dear Kerry
Just a message to say thank you to Complete North America for organising such a wonderful holiday for Terry and myself.
We had an absolutely fabulous time and all the arrangements went well.
The Kiwi Kaboodle shuttle bus you organised for us in Nova Scotia was a stroke of genius! Greg, the owner / driver and all-round hard worker gave us exceptional service (not just a journey from one place to another, more a guided tour..) He also mentioned that the attention to detail from your company was astounding.
If anyone else is thinking of having a similar holiday, I would suggest that an extra day or two in Bar Harbor and Boston would be a good idea (perhaps leaving out Portland which didn’t really offer anything extra compared to Halifax and Boston).
All the B&B Inns were excellent, the Waverley in Halifax was amazing (see photo of our bed attached), while the breakfasts in Lunenburg and Bar Harbor bordered on the bizarre (how about avocado quiche and blueberry pancakes on the same plate….) the accommodation and welcome from the owners could not be faulted, the Inn at St John in Portland was cosy and very convenient for the Greyhound Bus Station (unfortunately, not for Downtown Portland) and John Jefferies House in Boston must be the biggest bargain anywhere - comfortable, affordable accommodation in an upmarket area of an upmarket city!
Just a few photos attached to show what amazing things we experienced.
Once we have saved up our pennies (maybe in a couple of years), you may need to starting researching Vermont for us (no self-drive of course!!!)
Thanks once again
Janet & Terry Gardner
Dear Kerry
I had to write to you and all your colleagues who arranged our holiday to say what a wonderful job you did. The arrangements you made were impeccable every hotel, car hire, airport we had no problems. The hotels you chose were perfect in every respect.
Brian and I had a most wonderful holiday and we thank you for all your help in making this a memorable time.
We will definitely recommend your company to all the people we know and may be one day we will use you again. Our next holiday in our thoughts is Alaska but if we do this it will not be until the end of next year as we have booked for early next year to take our grandchildren with their parents to Orlando.
Again we thank you all for doing such a wonderful job.
Kind Regards to you all
Yours sincerely
Gwen and Brian
