    Hi Roger,

I booked a trans-america RV trip with you last summer and just want to say thanks a million for your speedy and professional service. We all had an amazing time and the RV was of superb quality and gave us no problems.

    Thanks again,
    William

Just a quick line to thank you for the excellent arrangements for our recent holiday/re-union in the USA. I believe another of the ThrustSSC re-union party (John Coppinger & Nicole Klien) has already emailed their thanks for the services you provided them.

El Monte provided very good service, with our RV prepared to a high standard.

    A few notes that you may wish to include in your advice to future customers are;

    1. Priority AM Departure is well worth the extra. We were collected at the hotel at 7:00am, briefed on use of the RV immediately on arrival at El Monte, and were on the road by 11:00am.

    2. If you are going somewhere where it might be cold in the evenings, tell El Monte and they will supply extra blankets free of charge.

    3. Get a Safeway Club Card from an American Safeway supermarket, they are free, and save you up to 30% off your shopping bill, particularly for meat and groceries.

The whole experience was superb, and we would certainly book through yourselves again the next time we go.
    Thank you very much,
    Kind Regards
    Steve

    Hello Roger,

We’d like to say a big ‘Thank You’ to you and all your team for organising our trip to America.

We had a great time in California and Nevada, with a grand finale in Gerlach for the tenth anniversary of the supersonic land speed record.

The RV was excellent and all arrangements went without any problems.

    Best Wishes,
    John and Nicole

    Dear David,

I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic holiday and to thank you for all your help in organising it for us. We had a really great time and, other than a delay at Heathrow yesterday, all the travel arrangements were absolutely spot on and couldn’t have been easier.

We would definitely like to go back to the States, and are already looking at maps for the West coast, although we may have to do it every two years rather than every year!

A few things I thought you may find useful to pass on to anyone planning a similar trip:

RV pick up and drop off - the pick up point was about 50 miles out of Boston
    - there was a commuter train from Boston and you could arrange for the KOA campsite to pick you up from the local station. However, we got a taxi from the hotel instead for a fixed rate of $100.

The taxi fare from the drop-off point into Chicago was a fixed rate of $50 Taxis from JFK and to O’Hare airports were fixed rates of $45 - $50.

Mileage and petrol - we were a bit optimistic about the distance we could cover. In order to get from Boston to Chicago in 7 days we had to cover about 250 miles a day and in retrospect this was too much - next time we would plan a max of 150 miles a day to give a bit more time to relax on the way.
We spent about $60 - $100 per day on petrol.

Hotels - the hotels in New York and Boston were comfortable, reasonably sized family rooms although the bathrooms were small in both of them.
However, the Hilton Towers was a complete contrast - we had a huge room with two large bathrooms and great leisure facilities - I would definitely recommend using them to anyone staying in Chicago.

RV - this was great - well equipped, plenty of storage space and more room than we had thought. The only problem we had was on our second day when we were flagged down on the Interstate and told that we were loosing petrol.
When we pulled in, we found out it wasn’t petrol but water, which appeared to be flooding out of the engine. The service from Cruise America was very efficient - within an hour we had been picked-up and towed to a local garage who came to the conclusion that there was nothing wrong with it- it was just water from the air conditioning unit. However, we lost about three hours because of it, which really messed up our intinerary for that day. I would definitely recommend that you mention this to anyone hiring an RV because the amount of water did look excessive and a number of cars flashed us during the week to highlight the same thing so it did look like we had a
    serious problem.

Other than that, we had no problems with the RV and would recommend using Cruise America to anyone planning a similar trip.

Hope the above is useful, and once again, thanks for putting together a really great holiday for us.

    Regards.

    Christine

We have just returned from a wonderful six week trip in the US in a motorhome. Everything your company organised worked perfectly, and next time we plan to undertake a similar holiday we will be organising it through you. Thanks again.

My wife and I have just returned to the United Kingdom following our holiday in the U.S.A. It was our first time in a RV, and we were not really sure how things would go.

I am delighted to say that our holiday was a tremendous success. We went into 7 states and covered over 3,500 miles in 15 days, visiting places such as Mt. Rushmore, Devil’s Tower, Monument Valley, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, the canyon National Parks of Utah, and the Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado.

One of the major factors in the success of our holiday was the service given by your agent in Denver, and particularly their representative Justin. In the initial handover he dealt with all our concerns and questions in a patient, positive manner. He recognised that we were nervous because this was our first RV experience, and his helpful advice and reassurance made us feel much more confident. Furthermore the vehicle and all the packs provided were in first-class order.

We really had a great time!! In addition to the RV, we found that the arrangements made by CNA - the flights and the Fairfield Inn hotel booking - to be superb. We were particularly pleased that the hotel had continental breakfast as were a bit spaced out on the first morning after the long flight.

We used KOA campgrounds for all but one of all our overnights (our intended site was full on the other occasion), so the promotional discount card and directory that you provided came in very handy.

We would also like to thank you for the lovely gift that you sent for our return, this was a really nice surprise that we genuinely appreciate. We will have no hesitation in recommending CNA to our friends and family and we hope that in the future we will have the opportunity to make another holiday booking with you.
