We write to say how very much we enjoyed our few days in New York. Everything - travel, hotel, opera - went according to plan. We were, however, advised that at least an hour should be allowed for the limousine journey from the Grand Hyatt Hotel to JFK. This was easily arranged. We also discovered that limousines should arrive at the side entrance of the hotel (mezzanine level). Our driver went to the front door, double parked, and was fined $115.00.
We came across an excellent city tour company: On Board Tours - www.OnBoardTours.com . We saw a great deal in five-and-a-half hours, and were accompanied at all times by a friendly, fluent and knowledgeable guide. It was excellent value for money. We warmly commend this company to any of your clients who may wish to get their bearings in New York in a comfortable way and within a reasonable amount of time.

Hello Lorna, Nicola and any others who handled the bookings for our trip - Inns of New England.
This is just to let you know that we had a wonderful time, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
The Inns themselves were certainly interesting, comfortable, and full of history and character, if not quite the small personal accommodations which your website perhaps hinted at. It was very beneficial having more than one night at most of them, as it gave enough time to venture further afield in each area, without having to spend long days in the car every day. This is a great feature.
We would definitely recommend the Hertz Neverlost Navsat system, which saved us a lot of grief. For us driving in America, this was particularly useful, since it is not only finding the way which is the problem, but also driving on the other side of the road. The Neverlost lets you concentrate on driving and road rules, rather than which turn to take.
One recommendation - if you have other clients who use Amtrak to go from New York to Boston, and are staying at the Lenox Hotel, get them to get off the train at Back Bay, not South Station, as the Hotel is an easy walk from Back Bay, and does not require a taxi, where South Stn would have.
