My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the New York & New England holiday that you and the rest of the staff at Complete North America arranged for us last August. We had a great and memorable holiday.
All travel and accommodation bookings went like clockwork all on time and no hassle anywhere. Car hire was great and car was comfortable.
Everyone one we met at the hotels were very helpful and courteous. Hotels & rooms were first class. Holiday went without a hitch!

We have just returned from our trip to New England that you organised for us and would like to say thank you for taking care of all the arrangements which worked out very smoothly indeed.
I must say that my wife and I were amazed by the detailed itenary you sent to us together with all the tickets and vouchers and it was perfect for the trip. All the booked arrrangements, flights, hotels and car hire worked out really well and minimised the time for check-in at every stop and the directions were excellent – we just took a new day out of the binder every day and off we went. I did think about renting a satnav but I’m glad we didn’t because we would not have such a scenic route and called into some of the places of interested that you had identified for us.
Every hotel we stayed at was in an excellent position and each had character that matched the location from New York to Cape Cod and the service at each was excellent.
We would recommend your company to anyone that wants to make a similar trip and will definately contact you again in the future.

We write to say how very much we enjoyed our few days in New York. Everything – travel, hotel, opera – went according to plan. We were, however, advised that at least an hour should be allowed for the limousine journey from the Grand Hyatt Hotel to JFK. This was easily arranged. We also discovered that limousines should arrive at the side entrance of the hotel (mezzanine level). Our driver went to the front door, double parked, and was fined $115.00.
We came across an excellent city tour company: On Board Tours – http://www.OnBoardTours.com . We saw a great deal in five-and-a-half hours, and were accompanied at all times by a friendly, fluent and knowledgeable guide. It was excellent value for money. We warmly commend this company to any of your clients who may wish to get their bearings in New York in a comfortable way and within a reasonable amount of time.

Hello Lorna, Nicola and any others who handled the bookings for our trip – Inns of New England.
This is just to let you know that we had a wonderful time, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
The Inns themselves were certainly interesting, comfortable, and full of history and character, if not quite the small personal accommodations which your website perhaps hinted at. It was very beneficial having more than one night at most of them, as it gave enough time to venture further afield in each area, without having to spend long days in the car every day. This is a great feature.
We would definitely recommend the Hertz Neverlost Navsat system, which saved us a lot of grief. For us driving in America, this was particularly useful, since it is not only finding the way which is the problem, but also driving on the other side of the road. The Neverlost lets you concentrate on driving and road rules, rather than which turn to take.
One recommendation – if you have other clients who use Amtrak to go from New York to Boston, and are staying at the Lenox Hotel, get them to get off the train at Back Bay, not South Station, as the Hotel is an easy walk from Back Bay, and does not require a taxi, where South Stn would have.
