Complete North America are proud

What our customers say ...
"Just a line to thank you for organising
our American holiday for us. We had an amazing time and
the itinerary was perfect. Unfortunately we were turned
back at Rocky Mountain National Park on the first day
due to snow on the high peak trail, but we visited everywhere
else on the list. We particularly enjoyed Mount Rushmore
and Crazy Horse Monument which they started carving 50
years ago, a great experience. Of all the states we visited
Utah was the one we liked the best. It has so much variety
and the Canyonlands were just beautiful. Once again thank
you for your help."

Introduction
Breathtaking-mountain scenery, magical encounters with the abundant
wildlife, truly unique national parks and stunning monuments - the
locals say, "This is God¹s Country, only he left the gate
open".
This 14 night tour includes the most impressive cities and National
Parks in the Rockies. We would suggest either the only non-stop
flight to Denver (with British Airways) or numerous scheduled
flights from London and regional airports with same day connections
through to Denver. We offer this fly-drive tour between May 1st
- October 5th when the weather in the more elevated regions such
as Yellowstone National Park is conducive to touring by car. Outside
of these dates there is a risk of snowfall and road closures.

have made absolutely no compromise on location. By selecting these
properties we have tried to keep a balance between cost, convenience
and the standard of accommodation offered, we would be more than
happy to discuss alternative properties or upgrades with you.

at the time of booking. Under these circumstances Complete North
America will book alternative accommodation of a similar standard.

Travelling out of season
During the period from October - May many areas on this itinerary
become affected by snowfall and road closures. The Rockies take
on a new kind of beauty at this time of year and we are happy
to tailor an itinerary that allows you to experience this beauty
but at the same time takes into account the areas that will be
inaccessible during this time. For example vehicle access to Yellowstone
is severely limited in winter so we may need to look at alternative
arrangement to get you into the park. Please contact as member
of our team to discuss winter itineraries to the American Rockies.
Weather
During the operational dates of this fly drive tour you
will pass through a variety of different climates which vary dramatically
throughout the year. For this reason we recommend you take layered
clothing so than you can be as adaptable to the current conditions
as possible.
During the Summer months, June - October, the weather should
be favourable in all areas and particularly warm in the Canyon
regions around Moab and Vernal.
During the Autumn / Winter months, October-May weather is less
predictable and snowfall and road closures are common in many
areas with driving access to Yellowstone National Park prohibited.
Hotel Availability
Sometimes the hotels named in this itinerary are not
available at the time of booking. Under these circumstances Complete
North America will book alternative accommodation of a similar
standard. Such changes will be confirmed in writing to you at
the time of booking confirmation. If you are not completely happy
with the alternative hotel we will happily discuss other possibilities
with you in the same location.
Hotel Upgrades
During this itinerary you will visit some of America's most dramatic
scenery and rugged terrain. Accommodation often consists of clean
comfortable motor lodges not luxury resorts or deluxe hotels.
We have in many cases recommended such motor lodges that we have
worked with for many years and have our contacts in America check
on a regular basis. That said for those wanting to make this experience
extra special, in some locations we are able to offer you upgraded
accommodation for an additional cost, please see our recommendations
below.
- Denver - The Brown Palace
- Yellowstone National Park - Old Faithful Inn
- Jackson Hole - The Wort Hotel
- Moab - Sorrel River Ranch
- Colorado Springs - The Broadmoor
Best days to travel, seat assignments, special requests
and flight upgrades
- British Airways operate non-stop flights daily to Denver
so subject to availability you can select the travel date that
best suits you. Should you wish to fly with an alternative carrier
we would also be happy to prepare a quote for you.
- Where available we will be delighted to pre-assign your seats
numbers and take care of any special meal requests according
to your preference at the time of booking.
- We have exceptional deals on upgrades with British Airways
to World Traveller Plus, Club World and FIRST.
- We have discounted prices for British Airways regional flights
to Heathrow, please ask for details and if you are flying from
Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland? Read
about special deals for connecting flights here.
Car Rental in America
- You are required to have a full British driving license and
should take both parts of your license with you. If you have
driving offences this may prevent you from renting a car in
America, please check with a member of our staff before making
your booking.
- We have reduced rates on a variety of car classes so please
ask for details if you would like to consider upgrading from
the 'Economy' category included in single/double prices or the
'Mid-size' category included with Triple/Quad prices.
- To rent a vehicle you must be at least 25 years old. Drivers
between the ages of 21-25 can rent a car in America but please
call us so we can explain the process and supplements involved.
- We strongly recommend renting a GPS satellite navigation
system. There is a supplement for this but the benefits make
this a worthwhile investment in our opinion and in the opinion
of our past customers who consistently recommend Sat Nav via
comments left on our Blog. Sat Nav takes the hassle of map reading
away and allows you more time to enjoy your drive. Please ask
a member of our team for a price to include this for you as
it must be pre-booked and is subject to availability.
Travel Insurance
Whilst it is not compulsory to take our travel insurance, it's
imperative that you do not travel without comprehensive travel
insurance. Our adult premium is £49 per person for 2 weeks
(Age restrictions do apply), however we do have rates for family
policies and annual travel insurance, please call for details.
In all cases taking our travel insurance will require acceptance
of the medical health declaration and all pre-existing conditions
should be declared to the insurance company.
All travellers must hold a full 10 year machine readable
British Passport and have no criminal convictions to travel to
the United States without the need for a visa. For more details
on passport requirements please visit www.usembassy.org.uk Ready to book?
