Introduction
Surely one of the most exciting combinations possible, the bright lights and excitement of Las Vegas, the paradise that is Hawaii and the charm of beautiful San Francisco.

You’ll start with 3 nights at the Monte Carlo Hotel in Las Vegas. Then you’ll be flying to the Hawaiian island of Oahu. Enjoy a traditional ‘Lei Flower Greeting’ before your transfer to world famous Waikiki Beach. 5 nights here means you can wind down have fun and lose yourself in the spirit of ‘Aloha’. One thing you must do whilst here is visit Pearl Harbour on the Memorial Tour so we’ve thrown in the tickets for you.

Just when you think it can’t get any better we will whisk you off to what many people claim to be the most beautiful of the Hawaiian Islands, Maui, known by the locals as “No ka oi” – the best. Take 5 nights to discover while the official nickname for Maui is ‘The Magic Isle’.

Last but not least you will visit the enchanting city of San Francisco. Much has been written about San Francisco but no single line rings truer than author Gene Fowler’s: “Every man should be allowed to love two cities – his own and San Francisco” We cannot think of a better city to finish off this fabulous itinerary.

I invite you to read on, discover more about this very special itinerary, and do keep in mind we can alter any aspect of the itinerary or our choice of hotels to suit you.

Accommodation
For us the best thing about this itinerary is the standard of accommodation we have been able to maintain for what we believe to be a surprisingly reasonable package price.

Visiting Hawaii is never a low cost holiday option, the temptation is always to search out the ‘cheapest deals’ but all too often corners are cut and the standard of accommodation seriously compromised. I believe our standard hotel choices offer excellent value for money without sacrificing super locations and good standards of accommodation. We recognise that you rely on us to make the right selections and we are supremely confident our recommendations can deliver for you and us.

Vehicle Rental
Car rental is not included as standard, should you wish to include car rental in any of the locations please do let us know.

Financial Protection
By booking this complete package with Complete North America you benefit from reduced rates on flights, accommodation and car rental along with complete financial protection. We are fully bonded with the Civil Aviation Authority and this package is ATOL protected under ATOL No.5368.

Preparation
Before leaving the U.K. we ensure you have a full documentation pack. We recognise that clear simple documents and instructions will go along way to minimising the stress experienced by many people when travelling to foreign countries. What’s more we will provide you with 24-hour contact numbers for our agents in Las Vegas, Hawaii and San Francisco.

This full service Waikiki hotel houses the globally famous Oceanarium, a 280,000-gallon aquarium that stretches three entire stories high and is the largest of its kind in any hotel. Ocean motifs and colours flow throughout the public areas and guestrooms of the hotel, providing a welcome setting that compliments the warmth of the hotel’s personable staff.

Days 5-8

Waikiki & the Island of Oahu

The island of Oahu is home to historic Honolulu, exciting Waikiki, the legendary North Shore and much more. You will never have time to do everything during your 5 nights on Oahu but below we have detailed several things you might like to consider other than sipping cocktails and enjoying the beach of course!

Attend a Luau
We would suggest one of the following - Paradise Cove Luau is held on a 12-acre beach near Barber's Point and features Polynesian entertainment, traditional Hawaiian games, and lessons in lei making. The Polynesian Cultural Centre - Ali'i Luau is held in La'ie on Oahu's North Shore. The Royal Luau takes place on Mondays at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and is the only luau on Waikiki Beach.

Visit Oahu’s North Shore
Oahu's North Shore is home to the top world-class surfers in the world when the winter waves reach their majestic heights. It is an easy hour's drive from Waikiki to lovely Haleiwa town where the North Shore begins for most visitors as they travel in an eastward direction around Oahu. Be sure to stop at the Bonzai Pipeline where you can see surfers make their way through the middle of a wave. If you do not plan to rent a car on Oahu you can book on tour an organized tour from Waikiki.

Hike to Makapuu Point
A truly rewarding hike, it’s a 2.5-mile roundtrip hike to Makapuu Point, the most eastern point of Oahu. The hike to the point is mostly uphill and takes about an hour each way. We would suggest you do the hike early in the day when the sun will be behind the cliff face as you climb. The views of Waimanalo Bay to the north and Sandy Beach and Koko Head to the southwest are spectacular. This is also a great spot for whale watching from December to May.

Pearl Harbour Memorial Tour (Tickets included in this holiday package)
Pearl Harbour and the USS Arizona Memorial remain top tourist destinations in Hawaii with over 1,500,000 visitors annually. The addition of the Battleship Missouri and the 1999 opening of the USS Missouri Memorial have further enhanced the importance of this historic area. A visit to the Arizona Memorial is a solemn and sobering experience. You are literally standing over a gravesite where 1177 men lost their lives.

See Waikiki from the top of Diamond Head
Diamond Head looms large over Waikiki. Actually named Le’ahi by Hawaiians, it received its more well known name in the late 1700's when British seamen saw calcite crystals sparkling in the sunshine and thought they had found diamonds. A hike to the top of Diamond Head takes about an hour over a well-worn path. The summit offers a spectacular 365-degree view of Oahu and is a must trip for photography enthusiasts.

Visit the Polynesian Cultural Centre
The Polynesian Cultural Canter is Hawaii's top-paid visitor attraction. The PCC features seven Polynesian "islands" in a beautifully landscaped 42-acre setting. The all-new Ali'i Luau takes guests on a nostalgic rip back in time to learn about the royalty of Hawaii while enjoying traditional Hawaiian luau food and entertainment. The Centre’s Rainbows of Paradise Canoe Pageant show is performed daily on the main lagoon. The PCC is also home to Hawaii's first and only IMAX™ Theatre.

Visit Honolulu Zoo & Waikiki Aquarium
Located in Kapiolani Park on the east end of Waikiki, right next to the New Otani Hotel, the Honolulu Zoo is the largest zoo within a radius of 2,300 miles and unique in that it is the only zoo in the United States originating from a King's grant of royal lands to the people. It is too often overlooked by visitors. Located nearby at the shoreline, the Waikiki Aquarium is the third oldest public aquarium in the United States. Exhibits, programs, and research focus on the aquatic life of Hawaii and the tropical Pacific.

Day 9

Oahu to Maui

Depart Honolulu – 1305 / Arrive Maui – 1342 – 37 minutesKaanapali Beach Hotel

We have suggested an inter island flight that allows you an unhurried start to the day, time for a relaxed breakfast next to the Pacific Ocean before your transportation arrives to take you to Honolulu Airport.

On arrival in Maui you will be greeted and whisked off to beautiful Kaanapali Beach, your paradise haven fro the next 5 nights.

The Kaanapali Beach Hotel – 5 nights - Partial Ocean View Room
(Includes buffet breakfast)

Kaanapali Beach Hotel is located on a flawless stretch of world-famous Kaanapali Beach. The architecture is low-rise. The 430 guestrooms and suites overlook a lush tropical garden filled with the sounds of soft tradewinds and gentle surf. From Hawaiian quilt designed bedspreads, tropical furnishings and original art, to the airy lanai (balconies); this location will have you feeling relaxed and comfortable right away.

Our deal with the Kaanapali Beach Hotel offers you excellent value, the best beach hotel location in Maui (In our opinion) and a fabulous choice of services, and amenities. The rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing super deluxe but with a partial ocean view you will enjoy being able to step out on your private balcony and take it all in. A daily full breakfast buffet is also included in our deal.

There is a very pleasant pool, a choice of excellent restaurants, numerous ocean activities, dozens of complimentary Hawaiian activities, world-class golf, unique shopping, hiking, biking, and so much more!
