Driver requirements
All drivers must be 21 years or older, and must possess a valid driver's license that qualifies him/her to operate a motorcycle, scooter or Trike in the UK. You must also have a major credit card. -
Security Deposits
A security deposit of $300 will be taken by the rental office when you pick up your bike (Authorisation Only). This will be credited/given back to you once the vehicle is returned. -
Orientation
Every client will receive a full orientation to the motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the client’s maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws. -
Helmets and baggage
Helmets are included / provided for Drivers and Passengers. Clients are encouraged to bring their own helmets for comfort and style reasons. In addition, helmets may be purchased at many of EagleRider’s rental stations. -
Saddle Bags - All rental motorcycles come equipped with saddlebags for storage of personal items. There will be limited luggage space on your motorcycle, so for your convenience you can use the left luggage facilities at your rental depot and just take what you need for the days you are riding. Luggage on the Harley-Davidson holiday can be carried across the seat, in a back pack, on a rack or in the saddlebags. If you are doing a one-way itinerary, your luggage can be sent to your final destination at an additional charge.

Transfers
You’ll receive complimentary transfer (Day 2) if you are renting a Harley-Davidson for a minimum of 3 days from locations within a 7-mile radius of the rental station. -
Insurance
We include the enhanced VIP theft and damage waiver along with the supplemental liability cover insurance (SLI). -
Our Motorcycle holidays also come with unlimited mileage.

Extra Fees
Some hotels now charge an in house daily 'resort fee' which covers things like WiFi, local shuttle service, business & fitness centres, steam room etc. irrespective of if any/all of these services are used. Hotels may also charge for parking be that self parking or valet parking. Where applicable, such fees are not included in your prepaid cost and payable by yourselves directly to hotel at check out.

Hotel Availability
Sometimes the hotels named in this itinerary are not available at the time of booking. Under these circumstances Complete North America will book alternative accommodation of a similar standard. Such changes will be confirmed in writing to you at the time of booking confirmation. If you are not completely happy with the alternative hotel we will happily discuss other possibilities with you in the same location.
Weather
As you are travelling from north to south across three quarters of America you can expect dramatically varying weather particularly as your elevation will also vary considerably as you travel across the plains, through the mountains and into the canyons. Layered clothing will make adjusting to these changes much easier for you and you should always look to consume water on a regular basis particularly at high elevations.
Best days to travel, seat assignments, special requests and flight upgrades
The Eaglerider Los Angeles office is open every day - Monday through Sunday from 09.00 – 17:00 hrs, the Eaglerider Chicago office is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 – 17:00 hrs (closed Sunday). British Airways operate non-stop flights daily to/from Los Angeles and Chicago so subject to availability you can select the travel date that best suits you. Should you wish to fly with an alternative carrier we would also be happy to prepare a quote for you. Where available we will be delighted to take care of any special meal requests on your flights (vegetarian, child meals etc) – please discuss with us at the time of booking. We have exceptional deals on upgrades with British Airways to World Traveller Plus, Club World and FIRST. We have discounted prices for British Airways regional flights to Heathrow, please ask for details and if you are flying from Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland.
