A co-founder of Complete North America, Duncan has worked within the travel industry since leaving school many moons ago. He has a total of over 15 years experience within the specialist field of travel to the USA & Canada, 7 of of those years being with Complete North America.

Director

Also a co-founder of Complete North America, Roger has worked in travel most of his life and having lived in Connecticut, USA, he returned to further enhance his career in the field of travel to North America. Roger boasts over 20 years in travel, 7 of those years being with Complete North America.

David Mortimer
Manager

David spent over 15 years in various managerial positions at Thomas Cook before joining Complete North America as team Manager in 2006. He has travelled extensively and and has just returned from the American Rockies region. Despite his somewhat questionable football allegiance, David is an integral part of our continued growth.

Hailing from West Yorkshire, Nicola is a typically passionate Yorkshire Lass! There are few things she is more passionate about than travel to North America having studied a travel and tourism course on leaving school before jumping straight into the specialist field of USA & Canada travel. She now has over 12 years experience, 5 of these with Complete North America.
