Just a note to say a big thank you for the holiday you arranged for myself and my wife.

The hotels you used are very good and overall I would rate the holiday at 98 out of 100. You only lost two marks because we had to queue for nearly two hours at Hertz to get our Hire Car.

The only point I would make is, I think you should make people aware of the high cost of parking in San Francisco. The cost of nearly $60 plus a tip a night I reckon is a little bit steep. The CA1 route you recommend is not to be missed but at weekend it takes nearly 7 hours to complete due to the high volume of traffic.

We flew on the new 380 Airbus, the pilot pointed out the aircraft was only two weeks old and it was immaculate, however I would agree as you recommended the upgrade to “World Traveller Plus” for a 10 hour flight is well worth the extra cost.

If you have any more people like us flying from Manchester, the time of 1 hour to make a connection is far to tight, our LAX flight was 10 minutes late arriving and having to go again through security we missed the connection. All was not lost B.A were very good  and put us on the next flight and gave us admission to the club lounge during the wait.

 

I would recommend your company to anyone and I will use your company for any more USA holidays we take.
