Alberta and British Columbia has an abundance of natural beauty from the diverse ecosystems that live on Vancouver Island to the sheer breathtaking landscapes of the Canadian Rockies and the world famous lakes – such as Moraine and Louise – that accompany them.
The Canadian Rockies are obviously amazing for mountain ranges stretching 900 miles in length and over 90 miles wide but the two highest peaks in British Columbia and Alberta are in the Coast Mountain range and the Saint Elias Mountain range.
There is so much wildlife to see in Alberta and British Columbia from wolves to black and grizzly bears, elk, deer, marmots, cougars, lynx, moose, mountain goats, coyote and over 250 bird species including grey owls, osprey, Canadian geese, waterfowl and songbirds.
