Hello Roger
Just back from our family holiday it was fantastic.
A very big thank-you for all the arrangements they all went perfectly. The rooms at the hotel could not have been any better.
We all had second floor rooms with a balcony next to each other, looking out over the Magic Kingdom, the view of the fire-works was spectacular.
All the tickets worked well for us, I am pleased you did them all for the fourteen days, everyone was able to go back to their favourite parks whenever they wished to do so.
The pick up to and from the airport was very efficient and the people very pleasant and helpful. The instructions about the arrival you sent were very helpful.
Thanks again for all the arrangements it could not have been straight forward for you with everyone wanting different things and there being twelve of us. We all had a wonderful time and I will definitely contact you for any future family holidays or for just the two of us,
Kind regards
Lesley.
HI Alistair – trust you are well!
We’ve had a fabulous time in the States and thought I should give you a bit of feedback:-
• Renaissance Parc 55 (Now Wyndham Parc 55) – lovely hotel, great staff, ideal location. We had a superb corner room on the top floor looking over the city and bay and when they found out we were celebrating our 44th Anniversary a bottle of Champagne and a platter of chocolate covered strawberries arrived in our room. Would certainly recommend and we would look forward to staying here again. Did the usual tourist things in SF, cable cars, Fisherman’s Wharf, Alcatraz.
• Hertz Car Rental Oakland Airport – all went smoothly.
• Meritage Resort, Napa – (your map was very helpful here and with the other destinations) another lovely hotel, great staff particularly the concierge, brilliant evening shuttle-bus to Napa centre. It drops you off at your restaurant and then collects when phoned!! Did a limo wine tasting tour organised by the concierge plus the Napa Wine Train which I would highly recommend.
• Waterfront Hotel, Oakland (privately arranged) – just for your reference, this again was an excellent hotel in a beautiful location.
• Amtrak – Oakland/LA – lovely way to spend a day without the airport hassle, especially in a relatively inexpensive “roomette”.
• Hertz Car Rental Huntington Beach – they tried to fob us off with an empty tank and took some persuading we had paid for a full one. Also they charged US$100 as we were not returning the car to this branch?? But then we got inclusive satellite radio and a brilliant satnav!
• Hyatt Grand Champions Resort, Indian Wells – lovely hotel where we just relaxed by the “adult” pool and enjoyed evening visits to some great restaurants.
• Marriott Camelback Inn, Scottsdale – different from all the others as the hotel layout was all in low rise buildings in beautifully maintained gardens. Again everything about the hotel was first class. Had one day visit to Sedona but we were full into “lazy” mode by this time so spent most of the days by the pool and evenings at the outdoor bar/restaurant enjoying the live entertainment!
So, thank you again for all your help (and patience) in organising this trip, all your recommendations worked and everything from you was perfect.
So, we are now planning the next visit which (unless something crops up earlier) will be in June 2013 and we will be in touch early next year to make the arrangements.
Kind regards.
D Lambert
Hi Sarah, (here’s the previous email… hopefully it has sent ok this time?)
We just wanted to say a huge thank you for organising a fantastic honeymoon for us and especially at the short notice we gave you!!
The whole trip was just perfect and so well organised. The flights and transfers all went smoothly and the hotels were amazing. We really appreciated the upgrade on the rooms too and they couldn’t have been better.
All in all we had a fantastic time and wouldn’t have managed that without your help so once again we are extremely grateful for all your hard work and appreciate all your help in making our trip so memorable.
You were so friendly and efficient and we are so glad we came back to Complete North America to book our honeymoon.
Thank you so much once again.
Kind regards,
Emma and Andrew Whitehead
Dear Charlotte
Just wanted to let you know we had a great time on holiday, thanks for all your expert help and advice. As this was our first trip to the US we didn’t really know what to expect, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of accommodation and how friendly and helpful everybody we came into contact with was. Everything ran smoothly and very efficiently, from the flights to the hotels and car (which was upgraded free to a very roomy Chevy Malibu).
Your custom made itinerary was just what we were looking for, perhaps in hindsight the only change we would have made was an extra day in Yosemite (perhaps one less in San Francisco) as there wasn’t quite enough time for Colin to do all the walks he wanted to do! The Tioga pass was closed and Glacier Point road closed the day before we arrived, although it was thought it may open again the day after we left as it had warmed up a bit! I’m not as an adventurous walker as Colin (can’t stand heights), but there was plenty of walks for me to do on the valley floor, walks/talks with a Ranger (free) and a guided tour by bus (2 hours, $25) – both of which I would highly recommend. The accommodation at Yosemite View Lodge was fine, but slightly lower standard of room compared to everywhere else, and the food rather below average.
There were so many highlights, it’s hard to pick a few, but they included:
Everywhere had the most comfortable beds and pillows!!
Alcatraz – definitely a trip worth doing, the free audio tape tour is a must
San Francisco cable car museum
Yosemite – all of it!
Death Valley – The museum at Furnace Creek was excellent
Zion & Bryce – Very very pretty
Las Vegas – The Cosmopolitan Hotel was first class with studio type accommodation overlooking the Strip – not sure if this was an upgrade, but it genuinely was first class and very centrally located.
We bought an annual pass for the National Parks which was $80 and gives access to all the NP’s for the cardholder and 2 passengers, so is good value if you plan to visit several, especially if you bear in mind that the shuttles within the park are free, as are the ranger talks.
The only problem we had was that the driving time and distance given in the book from Yosemite to Bakersfield via Sequoia NP were way out (all the others were spot on). The mileage/timings given were 250km/155m, 2h 45m, including a visit to Sequoia NP, so we left Yosemite around 2pm which should have given us enough time. We realised after a couple of hours driving that we were still miles from Sequoia NP and that there was no way we were going to get there before dark, so we changed our route and joined the main road again at Visalia towards Bakersfield. It took around five and a half hours to drive from Yosemite to Bakersfield (including about 20 mins for the detour to re-join the main road) – without visiting the NP – unfortunately I forgot to make a note of the actual mileage. The disappointment for us was that we deliberately didn’t go to the Sequoia’s in San Francisco as we were going to see them on this section of the drive, but there’s no way it could have been done in the suggested timescale.
We have lots of photos, so will pick a couple over the weekend and send them to you.
Thanks again for everything, we will certainly be recommending you and CNA.
Best regards

Hi Alistair, thought it might be helpful to give a resume’ with regards to our honeymoon trip to Canada. We have had a fantastic holiday across Canada and seemed to take good weather with us wherever we went. Having had a trouble free flight to our friends in Toronto we ran into an unseasonal heat wave whilst in the northern lakes and did’nt see a cloud in the sky for our 3 day stay. Again a trouble free flight to Vancouver which is a town I would recommend to anyone. Our location at the Century Plaza was a 15 minute walk to the harbour, so very central and on the 13th floor gave us a great view over the town. The service, particularly from the concierge desk was exceptional and everyone was so helpful, the room was cavernous , clean and comfortable, therefore we would recommend the hotel to your customers.
Car hire was straightforward and even though I had never driven in Canada before, the road system is easy to undertake but it is worth studying how the traffic works by watching from your hotel window . Hertz provided us with an automatic transmission family saloon which was a god send as you did’nt have to worry about changing gear whilst concentrating on what you were doing.
Onto Victoria and the Inn at Laurel Point . Jane and I thought this the best of the hotels notably because of the location overlooking the harbour but also the friendly staff and the comfortable room. Concierge service again was exceptional. At this point we decided to change our schedule as we we would have little time to enjoy Victoria . So we cut out the trip to Tofino to spend an extra day in Victoria and in order to buy an extra day by stopping half way between Whistler and Clearwater, a distance of over 400 miles. We went whale watching in Victoria which was an experience we would not have had time for if we had gone to Tofino. it cost us the full cancellation fee at the Black Rock resort but that was our choice.
Onto Parksville. The Tigh Na Mara resort is really a centre for family holidays and the lodge overlooking the sea was comfortable , the facilities were fine. As this was only an overnight stop ‘en route to the ferry the following morning we saw nothing of Parksville itself. Ferry services to and from the island were trouble free but you are correct in saying that for summer trips, booking is essential. We were fine without booking but there was still a fair amount of traffic on board, paticularly commercial vehicles.
We enjoyed our brief stay in Whistler and once we had found how to access the Delta Village everything was fine. of course it is a main ski resort so the village was nice and quiet in mid October.
Our half way house was spent at Cache Creek at the Sandman motel (our thanks to Discovery holidays for dealing with our schedule change so efficiently) which is a stop off point for travellers of all descriptions. It was very pleasant with clean rooms and good service. The attached cafe which is a separate business from the hotel gave us one of our most memorable meals and was in fact the cheapest we ate all holiday.
Our overnight stop at Clearwater Lodge was again fine and the service once again excellant although we were literally passing through so did’nt do any touristy things.
Our drive to Jasper was our first day we encountered rain although the drive itself was pleasant and the clouds rolled away as we approached Mount Robson and the national park. Jasper is a lovely town and we had 2 days in which to do it justice. Chateau Jasper was again comfortable with excellant service although the reception desk staff could do with being more user friendly.
Our journey through the icefield parkway was unfortunately spoiled by a dull cloudy day accompanied by blizzard conditions at the high glacier point so we decided to give the Cat trip onto the glacier a miss as driving conditions were quite tricky. This was the only disappointing part of the whole trip but was more than made up by the 3 days in Banff where the weather was cold and clear with stunning views all aroung us . Lots of highlights here and once again the Caribou Lodge hotel was very comfortable with friendly service.
The drive and car return in Calgary was trouble free and I even had time to look up an old friend in town I have’nt seen for around 10 years so that was great too.
As an aside Canada is not a cheap place to dine and most meals plus a bottle of wine would set you back around 100 dollars, wine particularly is expensive with the cheapest bottle we had in Cache Creek around 20 dollars. I am sure you can do it for less if you are on a tight budget. It did’nt detract from the holiday.
Finally Alistair thankyou to you and all your staff and those at Discovery in Vancouver for helping to make this such a memorable trip for us and we would be happy to recomment you to anyone who is considering a trip to what is a beautiful and fascinating country.
Best regards Derek Bradshaw
Hello all at Complete North America
We would like to say a big thank you to you all for arranging our holiday in America, we had a fantastic time meeting lots of interesting people and seeing some amazing places during our visit making it a memorable experience not to be forgotten, we now have loads of photos to sort and organise so we will be looking back on this for a long time to come.
It was good to be able to have a ‘chat’ on line when we had the problem with the payment at the ‘Lookout Inn’ in Tombstone, a thank you to Charlotte and collegues who very quickly resolved the problem directly with the hotel, it was the only one problem we had with the hotel bookings as all the others were fine.
I would like to give you some feedback regarding the car hire experience from Alamo, on our previous holiday you arranged the car hire with Hertz whom we could not fault, they even upgraded our car free of charge and there was no extra to pay for complete cover. However times do change and we were aware in advance of the additional cost for full cover charged by Alamo which we paid but we were rather supprised when they also charged us $300 for the drop of fee to return the car to Phoenix, we were told when booking our holiday one of the reasons for you choosing Alamo was that there was no ‘drop off’ fees oppossed to Hertz who did charge a $200 fee!
When we collected the car the representative spent quite a time trying to get us to pay more to upgrade to a better car which made me wonder if they had a car for us, maybe we arrived at a bad time as they were very busy with long queues and perhaps they had a shortage of ‘ready’ cars as the one we ended up with was not very clean (inside & out) although very comfortable and nice to drive. It served us well throughout the trip but I felt it could have done with a service as we found out the next day the front tyres were very worn and the brakes juddered quite bad when going downhill, I did think about finding another Alamo place on route to take it back but it wasn’t too bad and I got used to the brakes, after about 2 weeks we kept getting a message on the dash telling us the engine oil needed changing soon. I did mention all this when returning the car but I think it fell on deaf ears of the attendants receiving the returned cars as they also were very busy, as I said we managed OK but thought you may appreciate the feedback.
Thank you for the folder and the excellent ‘road book’ you sent which must have taken a long time to produce.
I’m not sure we will ever be able to visit America again but if so we would certainly arrange it with Complete North America and will continue to recommend you to all.
Kind regards

**CNA Comment**
Dear Ken and Carol.
~ Thank you for your e-mail.
~ I was pleased to read that on the whole you had such a good holiday and an enjoyable time away.
~ Can you please let me have a copy of your car rental agreement and your credit card statement reflecting the one way drop fee charge as I would like the opportunity to take this up with the rental company on your behalf. Your other comments are also totally valid and taken with the intent with which they were meant ~ thank you.
Sincerely
Roger Thompson
Dear Roger
A brief note to thank you and CNA staff for arranging a very enjoyable holiday in California. We saw some wonderful scenery, great wildlife and met interesting people.
We have mentioned below some small ‘niggles’ (not criticism, just feedback) which we think you might wish to be aware of although they did not spoil our enjoyment:
Alamo pick-up in San Francisco – chaotic long queues – 2 hour wait.
Parking fees at some hotels expensive although you had warned us – Loews (valet only) was $34 per night!
Another new gimmick – Best Western at Monterey charged an Energy Surcharge of $7.75 per night; I could not get to the bottom of what this was all about.
Cosmopolitan Hotel, Las Vegas – not quite us! Large room, two TVs, good views but the hotel itself was loud, frenetic and blingy! It was really more suited to the 18 -30 age group. It was annoying to have no coffee maker (the only hotel on our trip), a dishwasher but no dishes, and a ‘fridge so full of mini-bar bottles we could not use it ourselves.
You might wish to warn other travellers that the colour of fuel pump nozzles in USA is the very opposite of the UK. In the USA, green nozzles are for diesel and black for unleaded – I had a very close encounter!!!
We shall continue to sing your praises and recommend your company.
Thanks and best wishes

Route – Seattle to Las Vegas.
David,
Many thanks, we’re currently in a state of chaos but will write further when we get on top of everything. We lost our phone & internet for five days & two weeks respectively just prior to departure which certainly didn’t help matters.
We really liked the following situations:-
Crowne Plaza Seattle
Seattle
Best Western Port Angeles
Pacific Highway between Forks & Lake Quinault. Sandra fell in love with the completely isolated & unspoilt beaches en route.
Location Lake Quinault good but Lake Quinault Lodge service was somewhat sloppy.
Crater Lake Lodge gave really excellent service in a splendid spot. ## But we couldn’t obtain dinner service until 20.45 as they were so busy. We were advised that customers book months in advance for dinner & should be available on line next year. Maybe a word of warning might be usefull??
Mount Shasta Best Western Tree House. A comfortable & relaxing venue; nice town too.
Monaco Hotel San Francisco. A really courteous, friendly, and well maintained hotel.
Furnace Creek Ranch; quite an experience to say the least.
Platinum Hotel Las Vegas; good position, friendly & quiet.
Slight niggles with:-
Lake Quinault restaurant service; for the standard of the hotel, the restaurant service was poor.
Newport; disappointed in general with the immediate town. But in speaking with a Boeing Gent @ Everett & en route, we discovered the most amazing Aviation & Space Museum @ McMinnville which contained amongst other things, The Spruce Goose. We could have spent all day there. Also the coast route out of Newport to Florence was almost up to the Forks/Quinault route.
Le Rivage Sacramento. A very nice hotel in a good location with good facilities & couteous staff. But we were kept awake most of the evening by an extremely noisy air conditioner in an adjacent room. We complained to the receptionist the following morning & were advised that The Manager would call us; no call so far!! Know that this hotel was our choice but in reality, not really worth the extra expenditure for a one evening stay with little sleep.
I was generally surprised in how arid parts of our journey were, certainly between Mount Shasta & Sacramento & it made us wonder how & where most of the USA’s crops are grown. I also found the city free ways extremely fast & a trite difficult @ junctions (so did the sat nav!!)
And, being used to generally flat roads in the UK, the roads into & out of Yosemite were rather on the high side & the first pass into The Panamint Valley was a little scary.(Its rather tame living in the UK isn’t it!!)
Will send photo as soon as possible.
Kind Rgds,
Dave & Sandra
Hi Jessica
Just to let you know we got back yesterday, and had the most amazing time. Everything went very smoothly.
The service and food was great. We spent both evenings in the hotel relaxing on the outside sofas around a fire, and being bought food and wine. The was even complimentary wine tasting in the hotel both nights. I was sorry to leave.
A bit of feedback –
Hotel Diva – They put us in a room on the 2nd floor at the front on the first night. Hideously noisy! But they were happy to move us into a quiet room at the back on the 4th floor on the 2nd and 3rd nights. I really liked this hotel, even though it was small it was close to everything and was clean and funky. The Pinecrest diner over the road from the hotel was great for breakfast too, and worth recommending.
Napa Mariott – Loved it here. I think the sun helped
Best Western Lake Tahoe – My husbands favorite. We paid $30 to upgrade to a room with a partial lake view, and got to watch the sun go down over the lake both nights from our balcony. The beach right out the back of the hotel was perfect too – a bit too cold for me to swim although there were plenty of other people in the water. Loads to do here, we wish we could have stayed longer. We managed to fit in a lake cruise, some swimming and sunbathing, a gondola ride to the top of the mountain, a bit of hiking, and even a trip over the border to a casino.
Evergreen Timber Lodge Yosemite – A very basic cabin, but we were out all day so really didn’t mind. Lack of aircon was a bit of a problem due to the heat, but we coped. We spent a day white water rafting and also a day spent in Yosemite itself – breathtaking scenery, and I would love to go back.
Monterey Portola Plaza – The hotel with the least character we thought. But it was clean, luxurious room, and right on Fisherman’s Wharf so good for us. They did try and bill me for the room/tax – but swiftly sorted it out when I complained.
The worst bit of the holiday was the flight home – we were both sad to leave. I will be recommending your company to all your friends, and if we ever travel back to America you will be our first point of contact. If you want to use any of my comments, please do.
Thanks for all your help
Penny
Hi Sara Just a quick thank you for our holiday in Canada your organisation was superb, from the time we landed at Calgary to our final destination Las Vegas we had a fabulos time, all the hotels were first class and the scenery along the way to Jasper was amazing, We also enjoyed the rocky mountaineer train and our visit to Alaska with our friends who live there was awesome if you ever visit Alaska go to Homer spit and catch a boat to Halibut cove i think i found paradise there. On behalf of my wife and i thank you for making our holiday so special we intend to go to Halifax/Nova Scotia area for our next holiday in 2012. perhaps you maybe able to help us again, we have told all our friends about you and your company so i hope you get some new business in the future thank you once again George
Hello Alistair, Charlotte and everyone at Complete North America,
Amanda and I want to say a huge “Thank You” to you all for arranging our holiday of a lifetime. We have been back for a week and now feel able to report on our trip!
Right from the day I first contacted you about our holiday plans I was confident you would ensure we had a memorable 3 weeks, and we did! All the information you provided was great, with the detailed itinerary book being our ‘Bible’!
Highlights ……many.
Yellowstone – everything.
Complimentary Fire Hole Tour – our driver/guide, ‘Texas Rob’ was superb.
Arches NP
Zion NP – the drive down the tunnel and then down into the Canyon – WOW!
Canyon de Chelly
Mesa Verde
Black Canyon of Gunnison
Best hotel – Strater at Durango. The food, the waitresses (!!!!!!) and the Friday night shoot out!
Also Cliffrose Lodge – what a setting, and the Cheyenne Mountain Resort – pure luxury!
Everyone was very friendly, thought it was “awesome” we were from England, and wanted to know if we knew William and Kate!
Very tiny disappointments, Dinosaur Nat. Mon. – I know the Visitor Centre is closed, but I have more fossils in my study, and that doesn’t include me!
The Grand Canyon was too big for us to take in! Canyon de Chelly and Gunnison had more impact.
Some minor points.
Your directions from Vernal to Moab. Once on Interstate 70, you say to exit at 202, this does not exist, it should be 204!
The map showing where Yavapai Lodge East is, indicated that it was south of the National Park, near the airport at Tusayan. OOPS!
Some other thoughts.
It took us a bit to work out that Arizona does not change clocks for summer time, but the Navajo Nation does!
After the long flight to Denver ( ours was delayed an hour at Heathrow) we were extremely tired and found it hard to locate the Curtis Doubletree Hotel. Giving visitors the choice of a hotel near the airport or in downtown Denver would be good.
The Old Faithful Inn is a stunning building, but it proved impossible to book dinner at a reasonable time – too busy. We had great meals at the Snow Lodge. Service in the Old Faithful at breakfast was very poor – the ONLY place we experienced this.
On returning to the UK, on time – we only just made our connection to Manchester an hour later. Our cases didn’t! Not a major problem, we got them 24 hours later.
Didn’t realise the USA does not use ‘Chip and Pin’. Strange lack of security, losing a credit card there would be a nightmare!
We are now waiting anxiously for photos. My memory card began to “Corrupt” on returning home. It is in ‘Recovery’ at or local photo shop! Hope to send you some photos, one or two from the 800+ I took!
Thank you again for making my dreams come true. I have been singing your praises and will continue to do so.
Best wishes,
Amanda & Brian Winterburn
Dear Roger,
Just a quick note to thank you so much for organising our holiday. We returned on Sunday after experiencing one of the best trips we have ever had! The accommodation, directions and background information were all excellent and, with the fantastic weather as well, it could not have been better. We even had 16 feet of snow at Lassen!
So much so that we are already planning to go again next year but starting from Seattle and working our way down to San Francisco. Once our feet have touched the ground I’ll be in touch to see what we can arrange and pick your brains about whether Crater Lake is viable in mid to late June? Anyway we’ll leave that for the moment.
Just one thing I would ask. We had absolutely no problem with the hotel vouchers except for the Hyatt at Santa Rosa who stated that the room had not been paid for and “what sort of voucher is that/ I’ve never seen one like that”. Basically after the hotel receptionist had contacted your ground agent and exchanged words with them we left without paying the bill for the room. Could you possibly contact American Driving Vacations and double check that it was all sorted out and we won’t receive a credit card bill for the cost of the room.
Thanks so much again and will be in contact early next month to put the next trip together!
Take care, kind regards
Nicola Abbott
Dear Alistair
A note to thank you and your team for organising our trip to Boston.
We had a brilliant time, the limousines were a nice touch – the hotel was excellent and were extremely helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend it for those who like something a bit funky and it was obviously popular. (Particularly during the wine hour!)
Thank you also for the champagne you sent – we enjoyed it before going out to one of the several restaurants recommended by the hotel.
We had snow, and then beautiful blue skies but all in all an excellent trip.
Many thanks from all of us!
Kind regards
Mrs. Carol Fox
Good Morning David
Just to say what a good trip we had down in Alabama. We must have seen almost the whole country, and went into Georgia to visit the Civil War Naval Museum as it’s easier to do this from Alabama. We enjoyed staying at the Redmont Hotel in Birmingham (very laid back hotel – great staff!!)and the Tutwiler too – it’s a pity that it’s now really a Hampton Inn but the food in the restaurant is superb! We learnt a lot more about the Civil War and also Civil Rights too. We also stayed at the St James Hotel in Selma right next to the river – the hotel could do with another face lift but has a lot of interesting history and Frank ans Jesse James stayed there too.
We had some very good B&B’s mostly off the beaten track, but must mention two that were special. In Montgomery we stayed at the Lattice Inn (www.thelatticeinn.com) which was superb. The rooms were spotless and Jim the innkeeper couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. There is a continental breakfast with fresh muffins yogurt, fruit etc and lots of choice. We would recommend this B&B to anyone. In the Mobile area we stayed at the Magnolia Hotel in Foley.(www.thehotelmagnolia.com) Foley is a pretty town, quieter than Fairhope, and it’s only 15 minutes to Gulf Shores on the Foley Expressway. All the rooms in the hotel are different and beautifully appointed, the staff are so friendly and breakfast is included, cooked in the adjacent restaurant and brought to the hotel dining room – the omelets were enormous. Again we would highly recommend this hotel. We also stayed in Mobile at a small B&B just out of the centre called the Berney-Fly – unusual name and a slightly eccentric host but great fun!
Hope you find this info useful. We were able to buy and print our tickets for the Manassas reenactment (ourJuly trip toVirginia) from the internet before we left for Alabama. Tickets are only being sold on the internet and they are expecting about 20,000 people and as it’s commemorating the first battle of the Civil War in July 1861 it’s going to be an important event. We also have a small reenactment on our list for our Georgia trip next month. Meeting the reenactors is always interesting and the battles are a lot of fun – large or small!!!
We’re very much looking forward to Georgia and maybe we’ll write something on your website (about the Civil War naturally!!)
Regards from Vivien & Eric

We wish to thank your company for arranging our holiday in the America. The hotels in New York and Toronto were good and the Hotel in Boston was exceptional. The arrangements worked well and we enjoyed being independent but with the knowledge that the transport and accomodation was prearranged.
Regards
Iris and Ray Cooksey
Hi David
Just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic holiday! The hotels were excellent – we especially liked the Adagio – and we had a great car (not sure if it was an upgrade). We were very pleased that we decided to stay in the Grand Canyon National Park and Kachina Lodge was better than expected.
Luckily we missed the tornados in Arizona and we also missed the cold weather that’s arrived now in Arizona.
Only one problem, with the Oceana in Santa Barbara – our room was next to the pump for the pool (and right by the road in Bath Street) but they didn’t charge us for parking.
Thanks for your excellent planning and advice – we would definitely recommend you to friends.
Best wishes

Hi Alistair,
We have recently returned from out coast to coast trip across America and I just wanted to say thanks to you and all the other people in the team who helped guide us through designing, booking and preparing for the trip. We had such a fantastic time and everything went really smoothly thanks to all the organised information we we’re sent for the trip by Complete North America.
The information and suggestions of what to do in each place were really useful and we went along to a few of the suggestions… I would particularly recommend the Museum of the Native American in Washington which was really interesting!
I wouldn’t have a second thought recommending Complete North America and we already have a couple of other trips in America we would like to do (Florida and California Coast Road) so please keep me on any mailing lists you may have as I would much prefer to book them through your company than any other travel company.
Thanks so much!!!!

Dear all,
This is just a short but sincere note to all of you who helped organise the fantastic holiday that we as a family had in California, Arizona and New Mexico. Everything went fantastically well – no hold ups, all bookings honoured and the information, maps etc in the folder, absoultly brilliant.
On a holiday like that we expeced a few hitches and clitches – but nothing. It all went so smoothly and we really enjoyed the whole experience. I can only say – that dealing you aws so easy and your efforts ensured that we had a truly memorable time. The hotels were great – especially the one in Los Angeles (Hotel Andaz) and the one in Sedona. Thank you.
I have recommended you as a company to a number of people, and I know that at least two will be contacting you shortly. I probably will not be able to afford to have a holiday like this next year, but once I will have saved enough – I’ll be back in touch.
With sincere thanks and appreciation,
Dyfrig, Nia, Mared and Siwan
Hi Kerry!
Just to let you know that we had a fab holiday in California and to thank you for organising it so well. We got an upgrade at the hotel in SF which was very welcome after a long flight.
We are looking at perhaps going to San Diego next summer but I’m worried that there is not much around to keep us occupied for two weeks (we don’t fancy going into Mexico) – what are your views?
Tan Longden
Hello Alistair/Sarah
Just a quick note to thank you both for organising such a wonderful holiday for us. Everything went very well and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The Queen Mary was a brilliant start to our trip, a little taste of a by-gone era. The Best Western Hollywood Hills was a five minute walk from the Walk of Fame and just a little longer to Manns Chinese Theatre, the Kodak Theatre etc. The concierge at the Best Western organised a trip for us around the sites and stars homes and a stop on Rodeo Drive – though only for 30 minutes, which pleased Gary as no shops had any prices on anything!
Having now been to Las Vegas, I would in future choose to stay on The Strip (you did offer us Ballys which on reflection would have been a better option). The Hilton was fine, but a little out of the way of the action – no problem though, we hopped on the monorail to go down to The Strip. We were able to go to see Donny and Marie at The Flamingo one evening and the concierge at the Hilton arranged for us to do an amazing flight and tour at the South Rim of The Grand Canyon with Maverick Airlines. It was a truly once in a lifetime experience from the moment they picked us up, champagne, a private flight from Henderson Executive Airport and a private tour bus and guide for the Grand Canyon. Quite pricey, but worth every dollar. While in Vegas we also visited the Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam and on the way back to San Diego, Calico Ghost Town and a shopping mall. The Bellagio was just as I imagined and we had a really nice lakeview room on the 33rd floor with a great view of the fountains. Their dinner buffet was unbelievable, over 2000 choices of food – wastebands were loosened that evening!
Humphreys Half Moon Inn was lovely, a beautiful setting and while we were there two concerts took place in their outdoor concert area. Although we didn’t watch them, we could hear them which was great. SeaWorld was wonderful and only 10 minutes drive from the hotel. We packed so much in to our holiday that we only sunbathed for two hours!
Alamo were very efficient. Gary upgraded the car to a SUV but not because the size you had booked wasn’t big enough, it was. He just wanted a 4 litre 4 wheel drive! The petrol is so so cheap, we did 1200 miles and spent less than 100 dollars.
So all in all a great success. Thank you both.

Dear Claire and the team at CompleteNorthAmerica,
I am writing to you to say a big thank you,
Thank you, yes that big!!
for our glorious 6 weeks in The States.
We may have given you a little guidance but you mainly arranged a wonderful adventure for us.
We enjoyed every minute. The scenery varied from wonderful to incredible; from amazing to brilliant, and there aren’t enough superlatives for The Grand Canyon. Even the photographs don’t do justice to the scale of the place.
San Francisco was good. We had one wet day, and cool, but the city was fun. Everyone seemed so happy. One bus driver even invited us to tea with his wife. (Think he was joking!)
Loved the trams and the Golden Gate, Fisherman’s Wharf and Lombard Street (though my wife pulls a face whenever I mention it as she didn’t enjoy the walk up!)
We were disappointed that Alamo hadn’t organised us the convertible we’d asked for, but it didn’t spoil the holiday, except for the time taken to contact you and your time in contacting Alamo and in organising the correct car from Las Vegas. Our friends, the Hutchisons had to suffer the ordeal of us picking up the lovely Ford Mustang from Las Vegas airport and collecting them and their suitcases to take them to their departure in the car they should have had for two weeks. My friend Ian told me “He hated me!” (tongue in cheek) It’s all right-we’re still friends!! I did feel sorry for him that day, though we have pulled each other’s legs since!
The Marriot in Napa was luxurious, and at the hotel in Lake Tahoe they gave us rooms right on the beach. We saw the lake and surrounding scenery in beautiful sunshine on the first day, and with two inches of snow on the last morning. In fact we’d been warned we might need chains on our tyres to get out, but the morning sun and the local snow-ploughs had the road open in time for us to head for Yosemite.
Yosemite. Wow! Those glittering rivers and mountainous granite blocks. Superb. And the waterfalls were truly incredible.
We timed the holiday very well in my opinion, but were unlucky that we chose a year of prolonged winter (like Britain in fact) so that the Tioga Pass didn’t open until June 5th, and we had that long 450 miles journey to Daeth Valley. We were worried about such a long drive and started at 6.15 in the morning. We needn’t have worried because the roads were so easy and the scenery so varied and beautiful that it was a doddle. Stopping so often to take photos helped as well I think. We took a short cut from near Bakerfield past Lake Isabella and were rewarded with a winding 14 miles stretch but a lovely scenic drive that was delightful.
It got hot in DeathValley, naturally, but throughout the next fortnight, although the temperatures hit over 100 I was amazed how comfortable it was. We sweated more when we reached a warm London on our return but with a much more sultry atmosphere. Death Valley was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t expect such mountainous terrain around. The oasis at Furnace Creek was lovely, a baking oven-wind blew. Enjoyed the recommended drives, the pool and just sitting by that manicured, hardly-used golf-course.
Las Vegas was – well, Las Vegas! We all agreed it was well worth the visit though none of us would particularly like to return. A bit too brash and loud, but nevertheless enjoyable and interesting. And a total contrast to the rest of the 6 weeks.
As I mentioned earlier our friends left us here, and so onward we sped in our Alamo-swopped Ford Mustang. Ironically within 30 miles we had to close the roof at The Hoover Dam as the temperature reached into the 90s.
Our first glimpse of the Grand Canyon was breathtaking. Brought tears to my eyes. We were struck dumb for quite some time. Breathtaking. Amazing. There are not enough superlatives. Loved the shuttle buses and the many vistas they took us to. All incredible views. My poor camera was suffering from over-use!! Wow. We listened to an impromptu visiting choir singing while the sun set over the canyon later. That was magical too.
We thought it couldn’t get any better; would be all downhill now. But no, there were so many “Wow!” moments in the next 3 and a half weeks. Zion Canyon was really lovely, and more shuttle buses to give this driver a rest. We actually found the road “East of Zion” even more spectacular than the canyon itself. My wife couldn’t walk more than a mile so the many short walks here and in many of the National Parks were very welcome. The Rangers do a great job in all the parks don’t they.
Bryce was back to breathtaking mode again. What amazing topography. I loved the Indian legend about the bad people of the area being turned to stone by the coyotes! You could well understand how the legend came about seeing all those pillars, hoodoos and sandstone statues. Really wonderful again.
Capitol Reef was almost ordinary after the week that went before but if we thought we were getting blasE then the Moab area tested our visual senses once more. The suggestion of the longer route in and approaching from the north-east was a great one. We loved that road along the Colorado. Arches was temendous and Canyonlands was up to Grand Canyon standards (well, pretty nearly). On the third day at our Moab base we almost accidentally toured the Lasal Mountains alond a spectacular road that my wiife didn’t appreciate as much because of the drops on her side of the road. There were superb views from up there.
The Mustang had to have its roof on at Moab as the temperature reached 103 plus on four days. Phew! But actually it was a debilitating heat.
And then Monument Valley. We loved The Gouldings Lodge. Sat watching a lightning storm light up the valley from our balcony at 4 in the morning on the first night. Well worth being woken up for half an hour. Spectacular. The gift shop was one of many classy ones. We watched a John Wayne film and spotted a lot of the backdrops. Found it another spectacular place. Though they should have warned us about the 3 hour jeep ride through the reservation. More a bronco ride!! Oh my back!! A great experience. Glad I didn’t risk the hire car. I’m sure we’d have had to pay for a new suspension!
And then Mesa Verde. An education rather than just admiring scenery. Those dwellings are wonderfully preserved. Another most pleasant couple of days. And the hotel lodges were lovely and simple but with balcony views to die for. Three elk walked below us within half an hour of our arrival, a mere two dozen metres from where we sat.
You may need to warn people that mobile phone signals are difficult across much of this route, but on the other hand most of the hotels give a free Wifi service, and so it proved useful to have our little netbook with us. Especially as we became grandparents as we reached Durango! My wife, as you can imagine wanted to go home straight away, but she, and I, still enjoyed yet another ten great days more.
I loved the Durango and Silverton Railway, even though the prices put us off riding on it. But the road we drove to Silverton is so beautiful and we caught up with the belching locomotive many times in our days in Durango and at lovely Silverton. One of my wife’s favourite places of the whole holiday. A really attractive place we thought.
It was quite a long journey to Gunnison and we felt rushed in seeing The Black Canyon, but short of choosing Silverton instead of Durango as a hotel-stopping town I see no alternative. Actually this slight problem emphasises just how well organised the whole programme was. We are most indebted to you.
Rather than travelling back to the Black Canyon next day we took the road north to Crested Butte (what a name!) and had a delightful afternoon above the town in a hidden valley with lush meadows in profusion of wildflowers, trickling stream, and attractive hills beyond.
The Hyatt at Colorado Springs even had a TV playing the last ten minutes of the England v Algeria World Cup match! How was that for service! Saved me having to watch the other 80 minutes. Breakfast and the pool were especially good here. Lovely pools at Zion and Page too. We went up the Pikes Peak Railway and were well rewarded. (Seven Falls was a rare poor choice though).
Estes Park was yet another excellent choice on your part, ideally situated as every other hotel en route. We loved the road you led us on into The Rockies. Kept stopping to photograph elk, then moose, and of course the verdant meadows, streams and snow-capped moutains. And still the sun shone. Can’t believe you managed to organise such bonny weather! Had some very attractive short walks amid the lakes and mountains. Another magical moment came when, standing beside a small lake we turned to see a mother moose and its baby trotting a few yards past us. Then we wondered why they were coming our way and remembered we’d had a warning about a bear being active in this area. So we headed stealthily back to the car! Never did encounter a bear! Perhaps that was a good thing. Hehe.
And so to Denver, where the voucher system finally failed on the very last day. “Jones you say? But not Robin? Just a minute, sir” Apparently a Robin Jones had cancelled his room a day earlier and they’d cancelled one for Roger Jones instead. However, five minutes later they were offering to put us in a suite for the inconvienience of keeping us waiting a mere 5 minutes. Well, who were we to turn down that offer?! When we saw our room we thought the president would be coming in any minute! Not used to such luxury. Had a fabulous dinner that night. We ate simply once our friends had left us as we didn’t take to much American food, but the restaurant at The Warwick, although very expensive, served us two dinners most succulent and and wonderful to end our holiday in style.
And so, Claire – forgive me for writing so much. I’m sure you’ve got better things to occupy your day than reading all this, but it was SUCH A FABULOUS holiday of a lifetime, so brilliantly organised that I just had to write to let you and the team at CompletNorthAmerica know. And I could have written ten times what I did! You’d not have thanked me for any more! (or for sending you 1445 photographs! haha, luckily I thought better of doing that!!!)
If any prospective clients want a recommendation point them my way.
If you want any more feedback don’t hesitate to email me.
Once more, a really big thank you, Claire and The Complete North America team.
Roger (and Christine) Jones.
Thank you for a brilliant holiday.First you improved on our planned route then after the ash cloud you rebooked everything for 16 days later and it worked perfectly.Second the mass of information you sent us was very useful and on top of that they even upgraded us to a suite overlooking the fountain at the Bellagio.we will recomend you to anyone touring America
Mr Cuzner
Good afternoon David,
Just a brief note to confirm that we arrived home OK at 2030 last Wednesday, March 31. On behalf of our party I’d like to thank you for your invaluable help in overcoming the problems created by the BA situation and to ask you to pass on our thanks to Maree for sorting out the Fairmont overbooking problem in such a short time.
Throughout the previous months I’ve been very impressed by the way in which you’ve communicated all the right options in the right way and at the right times. It’s clear that you all know your stuff at CNA and the itinerary pack presentation was a very professional touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company and in fact have already done so to people inside and outside the travel business. If you want me to provide a more formal reference then please let me know.
Thanks again.

Dear Kerry
I just wanted to register with Complete North America our appreciation for the planning of our recent holiday to Canada.
It was fantastic.
With the exception of one hotel, everything was spot on! When we found ourselves in very dirty and run-down hotel rooms in Toronto, Discovery holidays quickly spoke with the hotel manager and when he could not resolve it, they arranged for us to move to a great alternative.
Thank you.
Andrew and Sally
Good Morning Sarah
I would like to Thank you on behalf of my Wife and I for our honeymoon that was organised by North America. All the hotels exceeded our expectations and were all of a high quality, the destinations we visited were all fantastic and we enjoyed every day. The trip was so well planned we had no problems at all and will definitely recommend you to our family and friends.
The Oceana was a fantastic place to finish our trip and to say they look after us with VIP treatment would be an understatement. They upgraded our room upon arrival and even bought a complementary bottle of champagne to our room to celebrate a marriage.
The only problem which was not really a problem more of a pain was we received a $183.00 bill when checking out from the oceana for the parking of our car for 5 nights which we did not think we would incur being guests.
Once again Thank you for the best and most memorable trip we have ever had

Dear Kerry (Costa),
Ref The Webber Family Holiday
Apologies for not emailing as soon as we got back from America ( and a brief trip into Canada ) a few weeks ago…I really should have!!
It was the best holiday I have EVER had and never to be forgotten! I didn’t want to go home and I want to go back as soon as I can!
Thanks to you and your colleagues at Complete North America the holiday surpassed our expectations in every way. All our transport arrangements by air, rail and car hire went smoothly, without any hitches. The Amtrak trip up The Hudson River Valley was great and the car we had was so comfortable and met our needs perfectly.
Then there were the hotels you chose for us along our route! Luxurious, comfortable, clean and accessible! Just what you need when you have been travelling all day! We could not have replicated your experience and know how and chosen better ourselves. You saved us SO much time and effort.
Thank you also for the time and patience you spent over the telephone and by email helping us to finalise our holiday itinerary.Nothing was too much trouble in trying to tailor-make our first American holiday experience.
I could not recommend Complete North America highly enough as a specialist travel company! For a holiday in North America and Canada don’t go to anyone else!
Thank you all SO MUCH!!
Chris Webber ( Mrs )
Dear Claire
Our trip was fantastic. Here are the details that you might find interesting or helpful for other customers:
Day one: Arrived in San Francisco after a lengthy delay caused by a mechanical problem with the plane. Got to the hotel at Fishermans Wharf with no problem and the rooms were fine. By now we were very tired, so popped into Denny’s next door for food (only advisable in an emergency!) and then slept very well.
Day two: We walked from the hotel along the shore to Golden Gate bridge. It’s an easy walk of about 40 minutes, but we took our time and took lots of photos along the way. There’s a cafe en route near to the bridge. We got a taxi to the downtown area, got some lunch, then caught the cable car back to Fishermans Wharf which was great fun. We still had time to look around Pier 39 and do some shopping before dinner. We went to a baseball game in the evening. TIP: buffet breakfasts at all the hotels were extremely good, especially in San Francisco and Phoenix.
Day three: We picked up the hire car from the airport. TIP: expect to wait a while at the car rental place, perhaps get there as early as possible. The car was great – plenty of leg room and luggage room. We drove to Carmel following your suggested route. The hotel in Carmel was lovely and it is right next to a shopping/eating place called The Barnyard. We ate in two of the restaurants there during our stay, which were very good. It is also across the road from a large Safeway, so we picked up some water and food for our journey there. TIP: you can buy Monterey Aquarium tickets from the hotel reception, which avoids queues.
Day four: We visited the Monterey Aquarium and then spent some time on Monterey beach and then Carmel beach, which is beautiful.
Day five: We went whale-watching with Princess Monterey. We took the 2.5 hour morning trip. It was interesting, but we saw so many dolphins, sea lions, whales etc later on in our trip – just watching from the beach, hotel or road – that I would probably advise other people not to bother with the boat trip. We went back to Carmel beach later and saw a dolphin while we were paddling!
Day six: We drove to Pismo Beach using your suggested route along Highway 1. It was a scary drive but fantastic. We stopped at a couple of places along the way – one place is where there is a colony of elephant seals who live on a beach right next to Highway 1, near Hearst Castle. There’s also a good stopping place at Ragged Point (toilets and food) and at William R Hearst State Beach (picnic tables and toilets near a beach). The hotel in Pismo Beach had the most stunning views over the Pacific. Our balcony looked over the pool and straight to the ocean and we saw pelicans, dolphins, whales and seals from our room and the hotel grounds. The hotel is perched right on the cliff top. There was a complimentary breakfast here, but it wasn’t as good as the paid-for breakfasts.
Days seven and eight: We spent some time on the beach at Pismo. It is a huge expanse of sand! There are lifeguards and a lot of people paddle, surf and swim although there are strong currents. We saw dolphins in the water almost all the time. Pismo Beach is a smallish, unglamorous seaside town, very ordinary but friendly, a bit like Whitby or something. We had very good dinners at Giuseppe’s and Rosa’s.
Day nine: We got up very early and drove to Las Vegas. This was a very long drive! The first part was rolling California hills, then we went through miles of agriculture in the valleys, then into the desert.
It took us 9 hours including stops to get to Las Vegas. TIP: This time of year is known as the Monsoon season in the desert! It gets very hot and there are often thunderstorms and short but heavy showers in the late afternoon – best to get driving early. The distances are also huge, so drivers should make sure they have food, water and the stamina for a long day. The Mirage hotel was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet (we were near the end of a corridor on the 3rd floor) and we really enjoyed our stay. The buffet breakfast was very good and the free shows (Bellagio fountains, Mirage volcano etc) were great. It was very hot in Las Vegas.
Day ten: We spent a lot of time at the Mirage pool complex which is a tropical paradise!
Day eleven: We drove to Grand Canyon. We didn’t take your suggestion of the Route 66 diversion as we felt it would add too much to the journey. TIP: there is a lot of road construction work around the Hoover Dam area which slowed us down in the first hour of the drive – allow plenty of time to get past here until the bypass is completed. It took us about 5 hours to get to Grand Canyon. The Yavapai Lodge was wonderful and we thought it was definitely better to be staying within the National Park rather than outside it in Tusayan. Firstly, we could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Secondly, the lodges are situated in the forested areas and are very peaceful at night. The South Rim was only 15 minutes walk from our Lodge and we were able to watch two beautiful sunsets while we were there. I think the Yavapai Lodges are better than the others such as Bright Angel, as they are in a quieter park of the Park. The Yavapai Cafe was great value for dinner and breakfast and there was also a supermarket, gift shop and post office nearby.
Day twelve: We walked around the South Rim and spent the day taking photos of the Grand Canyon!
Day thirteen: We drove to Phoenix, which was an easy drive of 4 hours. We didn’t take your suggestion of a diversion into Sedona, as I knew the area and we decided we would prefer just to head direct for Phoenix given the heatwave (114 degrees!). The Camelback Inn was the most gorgeous oasis in the desert and we fell in love with it. We spent most of the last few days by the pool. We went to the Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale to see a film one day. The rooms and the food at the Camelback Inn were great. Having the last 3 days in such a lovely place turned out to be a great move – we had plenty of time to recover from the long drives and to enjoy the sunshine.
All in all, we got everything we wanted from our two weeks. Many thanks for helping us organise it!
Best wishes
Gill, Roger, Luke and Holly Wilson
Hi Kerry
Just to say a big thank you to you and Complete North America. Our trip was brilliant and everything went smoothly. You and your team did a great job.
Thanks once again

Hi Charlotte
Back from our holiday for over a week now and thought I’d drop you a line to thank you for your excellent service.
The holiday was great and everything ran really smoothly – the car hire was good, the hotels were generally good and the flights were on time.
If someone tells you it’s fully booked – that may mean they can’t get you booked. Go direct and you may still get in somewhere. We were told by a concierge that Alcatraz was booked until days after we left. My son was hugely disappointed as it was the main reason for going to San Francisco. We walked to the ferry office and signs said fully booked, but we queued and got tickets for the next ferry. It was worth the effort. In Yosemite we were told the bus to Glacier Point was fully booked and to come back in the afternoon. That would have meant we could not do the Panoramic Walk back down. We waited and asked other members of staff, until one said just hang around as some people booked were running late. 36 people failed to turn up and we had the most fantastic day.
Thank you again for your excellent organisation and for providing ‘The Oracle’ as we called your A4 binder with so much information to help us get the most out of our time away. I will and have thoroughly recommended to you people and have kept the binder to show others how you differ from other travel agents.
Kind regards
Keith Adams
Hi Kerry.
Tim and I have just returned from the States and I wanted to let you know what a wonderful holiday we had. Thank you so much for making the flight and car hire arrangements for us.
I am not sure whether our feedback on our experience may prove useful, but will provide it never-the-less.
Atlanta airport was a painful experience. We had to collect our bags, recheck them through security and recollect them at a different baggage claim area. That ordeal, coupled with a car hire company which initially refused to allow me to hire the car (the voucher was in Tim’s name) meant that it took us two and a half hours to clear the airport after landing. That said, the remainder of the trip more than made up for it. (And despite the rain, the wedding was wonderful!)
We went to four places which I would whole-heartedly recommend, none of which may be on the normal itinerary to the States. First we spent three days in Decatur, Atlanta’s north east suburb which is filled with beautiful homes, delightful restaurants and great nightlife. That you could walk around it as opposed to the normal American way of driving everywhere was an added bonus. We stayed at the Holiday Inn on Clairemont Avenue. Not the best hotel but the location more than made up for the décor.
After Atlanta we headed up to Cherokee to begin our drive up the Blue Ridge Parkway. The Cherokee Indian Village proved interesting, with the participants very well-versed in their native roots providing a highly informative narrative to what could have been (but wasn’t) dumbed-down to theme park mentality.
Our favourite part of the holiday has to be the three days spent in Asheville, NC. What a delightful city. The down town area with all of its Art Deco splendour, nice restaurants, cafes, small shops, and bars was special enough, but when we also discovered the rest of what the city had to offer, we were especially impressed. We took a trolley tour in order to get a good overview, and found ourselves in the River District, an area adopted by numerous artists and craftsmen, most of whom are practising their arts as you wander around. We were especially taken with the work of Jonas Gerrard and even more pleased to have spent over 20 minutes talking with him about his work. (We bought one of his paintings and brought it home with us. To see what he does you can watch him paint on YouTube or look him up on his own website.)
Our next stop was Staunton, VA where we stayed at The Stonewall Jackson Inn and Conference Center, a newly renovated hotel which has retained its historic beauty and charm. The service was impeccable, the rooms beautifully decorated, and the communal areas beautifully restored to their former glory. In the evening we dined at a former mill where there was a wonderful selection of local specialities complemented by live jazz. The town itself was equally impressive, the main street and centre beautifully maintained, all the shops seemingly occupied by traditional main street traders – jewellers, fashion boutiques, stationers, drug stores, cafes, bakers, tailors, etc. (It was almost like stepping back to the main streets of my childhood.)
The final attraction I would recommend is Luray Caverns. (Although I would avoid spending any time in the town itself!) We arrived in Luray hoping to arrange a day’s canoeing for te following day, but heavy rains had swollen the river so much that all such water adventures were cancelled. With the rain beating down incessantly, all we could do was find a venue which was not weather dependant. In truth, I had wanted to go there anyway, but persuading Tim was another matter. Once inside I need not have worried. He was bowled over by the spectacular scenery and scale of the caverns. It was, he said, like nothing he had ever seen or imagined.
The remainder of our trip was spent with family. The experience at Philadelphia Airport could not have been more different than that in Atlanta. No queues. Friendly, accommodating staff. Heathrow was equally impressive. We cleared the airport within a hour of landing.
Thanks again, Kerry, for helping us with our travel. We will recommend Complete North America to everyone planning a holiday in the States, and will be in touch for our next trip there.
Kind regards
Kelly
JUST to say thank you for a super holiday in the eastern US, fab hotels, great itinery even the flight was good, thanks for the seats with leg room. going by train from NY to Washington was a first for us, great fun. One or two things, the Wyndham hotel in Gettysburg is so new it wasnt on the satnav, which bothered my husband more than me. I don’t like sat navs and simply followed your excellent directions or the road signs and didnt get lost at all! The Skyline Lodge was in a beautiful setting but they were a bit wonky on the catering front, unusual for the USA and possibly due to them only having been opened for a week or so. And when we got to Virginia Beach we didn’t have a sea view, shades of Fawlty Towers ‘that, madame, is Torquay’so we arranged a move for a few dollars more. It would be worth specifying a sea view when booking there cos it is spectacular. We are glad we have got our globe trotting out of the way for this year as I can imagine USA border control will be a nightmare for a while…’have you recently sneezed or come into contact with someone who has sneezed….’. We will be in touch when we are ready to plan our next expedition love the Farmer Family
Hi Louise,
Now that we have returned from our American holiday and finally got back to normality, I thought I’d drop you a line to let you know how it all went.
We had a great time although the weather was varied to say the least – we had snow in New York and sunshine, heat, freezing cold, biting winds etc! On the whole the places you chose for us to stay were excellent with the notable exception of the Quality Inn of West Springfield which was dreadful and not to be recommended.
Perhaps the transport from the airport to our hotel in Washington was also a mistake – a journey which ought to have been no more than 40 mins tops actually took us over 2 hours!!! as the bus went all round the houses to drop off 3 other lots of people before we got near to our hotel. Had we known that, it would have been both quicker and cheaper to take a taxi – so that may be a better option for other visitors in future.
So, apart from these comments we were pleased to have booked our trip with you and look forward to doing it again in a couple of years – we will try the South next I think!
many thanks
Lorna
Dear Roger,
Thank you for arranging our recent trip to Las Vegas. The lake view room at the Bellagio was excellent and airport limo transfers were very efficient. Overall we had a great time.
Many thanks
John and Kirstin
I just wanted to thank you for a fantastic holday we had recently (Ref: DM/999970).
My husband, son and I really enjoyed the trip and we were delighted with the standard of the hotels that had been chosen for us.
If you’re interested, I am currently writing a blog about my holiday and I’m up to Day 12 at the moment! It can be found on http://www.spaldingtoday.co.uk then following the links to “featured blogs” and then to “Dramatic licence”.
There was only one problem with the holiday and that was the set of maps and directions sent by Discover Canada. The first direction we needed was how to get from the car rental in Toronto to Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville. Unfortunately the maps showed us the way from Niagara Falls to Huntsville. There were a couple more anomalies where the written directions didn’t match up with the highlighted route on the map. Thank goodness we paid extra for the satnav which helped us out in these situations.
Otherwise a brilliant holiday. Many thanks for your excellent service.
Best wishes
Trish
Hi All,
Just wanted to send a quick email just to say thanks for all yer help in organizing my holiday. We had a brilliant time and everything went perfect.
One thing I will say is Detroit is not a Tourist city and is practically a ghost town, so I wouldn’t recommend it what so ever. We moved on after a day.
Anyways thanks again, I will definitely refer ye to my friends.
Regards,
Charlene
**CNA Comment**
Detroit is not somewhere we include in any of our packages or reccomend unless specifically asked for it as in this case.
Hi David,
I’d like to pass on my thanks for the thorough and professional service I’ve received from your company.
The planning and communication has been excellent and confidence building as we embarked on an unknown journey. Every step of the trip led us to trust your delivery more and more – starting with the pack awaiting us at the first hotel and ending with the prompt and attentive service of your US helpline when the final hotel tried to charge us $493 for taxes and resort fees that we hadn’t incurred. During this call I also mentioned that a previous hotel had charged me room tax and when I returned home I found this amount had been credited back to my credit card.
Thank you for outstanding service and I’ll definitely be using you again and recommending you to anyone thinking of a similar trip in the US
Best regards
Helen
Hi Sarah & staff
Rita Devlin here Cork, Ireland, just a word of thanks to you and staff for your help in making my holiday such a success, myself and family have returned from the States where we stayed 4 days in New York and travelled from there to San Francisco where we picked up RV and travelled the coast while staying in RV parks on route to Los Angeles. Everything went without a hitch and all the travel arrangements made by your company were spot on, the hotels were also of high standard. I would have no problem recommending your company to anyone here in Ireland.
The Devlin Family
What a wonderful trip we have just returned from last evening!
It must have been one of our best holidays ever and we should like to thank you for your superb organisation. Everything went without a hitch and the accommodation chosen was so appropriate to each area.
We are lost for words and will certainly book with you if only in a couple of years time when we next visit the USA.
In the meantime we have passed on your details to friends and family.
Thank you also for the gift received in the post just a few hours ago. What a nice surprise!
So to everyone concerned with our booking – many thanks again and good luck in everything you do.
Kindest regards
CA and EA Telford
Nicola,
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday – everything worked well including travel and hotels. I did upgrade to a 4×4 when I got to the Hertz desk in Miami and this was a good decision. Thank you for everything. My wife and I will not hesitate to use your services again.
If you are promoting good deals etc. please include us on your mailing lists.
Kind regards,
Jack
Just a note to thankyou for organising this trip for us. All the arrangements, travel and hotels, worked out perfectly and we enjoyed an excellent holiday. The Sat Nav was also a lifesaver and now I wouldn’t take a car holiday without it!!!
So thank you again.
George
Hi Oliver,
We arrived in NZ almost four weeks ago, after a wonderfull trip across America. We just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had, partially due to all the travel arrangements that you made working as planned. Thank you for all your hard work, and anyone else who was involved in the preparation of our trip. It was an experience and an adventure.
The only thing we forget was that as I don’t yet have my residency for NZ, my one-way ticket wasn’t good enough to get me into the country.
At San Francisco airport I had to buy a ticket out of the country so as to be able to get my visitor visa on entry. I will be able to get most of the money refunded – assuming I get my residency and don’t have to leave the country!
Thanks again for eveything you did.
All the best,
PS: If it is of any interest we are running a blog site which covers our trip across the US at http://england-to-nz.blogspot.com
I wanted to let you know how impressed we were with your organisation of our recent holiday to the USA. We took a tailormade holiday touring Scottsdale, Tucson, Sedona, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas and LA. The whole holiday went smoothly and we had no problems at all. The pack you sent out prior to our departure proved invaluable, we took our own sat nav but it was useful to use your directions provided to compare to it to double check we were going the right way!! All the hotels you recommended were excellent and we really enjoyed ourselves.
Thanks Again
Many thanks for all your help, the trip was amazing. All of your arrangements were spot on. Good choice of hotels and with the car rental company just round the corner with both hotels every thing was easy. We are grateful for all your help and advise and look forwrd to using you again.
Sylvia & Hugh
Good morning David
Earlier in the year you organised a holiday in California for us which we took in August.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to you and your team. All the arrangements were spot on and everything happened as it should from start to finish without a hitch. We were absolutely delighted with the choice of hotels, the car hire went smoothly and the airport transfers were also good. The inclusion of traffic routes with our package was a thoughtful and very useful extra. Thank you so much for helping us to have the best holiday yet. We will certainly come to you if we travel to the States again and recommend you to all our friends.
Regards
Angie
Hi Roger
Just a note to thank you and your Company for organizing our recent trip to New England.
We all really enjoyed the contrast of New York, followed by the Cape and Newport.
The arrangements made on our behalf were first rate. We particularly liked the cottage in Cotuit which was exactly what was required after New York. Ellen and John the owners of the cottage lived next door and made us very welcome. We would have no hesitation in recommending this as a retreat if you have anyone who may be looking.
Both the hotels in New York and Newport were ideally situated and perfect for a family of four.
Thanks for arranging both the lounge at Heathrow and the transfer from JFK – big plus.
So, all in all another family holiday with lots of memories made all the better by your assistance.
Kind regards Steve
Roger – just a quick mail to say thanks for all your efforts towards our holiday, we had fantastic holiday and everything went really smoothly. I have some feedback on the the hotels (mostly great) and cruise america (mostly not great!) which I’ll forward when we have got over the jet lag, as it might be useful to you in future.
Thanks again
Debbie and Simon
Dear Roger
I want to thank you and your colleagues for organising our holiday in the US. I can report that everything went smoothly and the accommodation was all fine.
Best regards
John
Dear David,
We got back from our trip last week, and I just wanted to thank you for helping me put together the itinerary. All the hotels/lodges that you booked for us were great – good, clean accommodation, and located just where we needed to be in order to make the most of each of the destinations.
Your expertise and knowledge really contributed to the enjoyment of our holiday, and I am extremely grateful to you for your assistance. I shall have no hesitation in recommending you to friends.
With kind regards,
Caryll
Hello again Roger,
I’m just getting in touch to thanks you for arranging our holiday to America. We all had a marvellous time and the arrangements worked perfectly. I should be delighted to recommend you and your company to any friends.
Thanks once again,
Niel
Thank you for a great holiday. Everything was perfect (except the ancient Virgin??? aeroplane from Las Vegas to Gatwick for which you cannot be held responsible!)

Hi Roger,
Forgive me for not sending this email earlier – life has been hectic since our return from California.
I just wanted to say many thanks for organising such a fantastic trip for us and give you some feedback which may help influence other client trips.
San Francisco – The Hotel Adagio is a gem – a very short stroll from Union Square – pleasant staff, boutique hotel feel, trendy decor and nice touches such as free tea and coffee in the mornings and home made lemonade in the afternoons. We had a small blip when we arrived as they told us our booking had been cancelled last September! It was quickly sorted, it was of course their mistake, and we ended up with a lovely large room on the top floor with an enormous bathroom. Lovely bed and linens etc. All in all, highly recommended.
Another bonus is that Hertz is just two blocks down the street. We didn’t get our Mustang but were happy with the keys to a brand new Seebring – we’re just destined not to drive a Mustang!
Monterey Bay Inn – this hotel is fabulous – it doesn’t look much from the outside but the rooms and views (if you get an ocean view) are superb – the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, with a direct view from bed to ocean, another enormous bathroom and breakfast brought to your room at whatever time you desire, to be enjoyed on the balcony watching the sea otters – perfect – I wasn’t keen on leaving that room!
San Louis Obisbo – we were surprised by this town – not expecting much but a convenient place to stop for the night – we had a lovely evening – cool place to stroll around, young vibe as it’s a uni town, a good night out. The San Luis Creek Inn was hilarious – they got our booking mixed up and blamed the local agent and had us down for two rooms with different rates – however, it was absolutely no problem and they gave us the more expensive rate so we spent the night in a massive four poster bed hung with ‘Victorian’ tapestries and ‘English’ antique cupboards, complete with English red telephone box! Very funny – they couldn’t do enough for us though and the complimentary breakfast was good.
On to Santa Monica and the Ambrose Hotel – again, fantastic – underground parking and lovely complimentary breakfast. The whole place is a lovely calm antidote to LA – it is very ‘zen’ – beautifully decorated with natural products in the bathrooms – promoting well being. It is quite a long way back from the beach and the action but is quiet because of that and the hotel run a complimentary taxi (London cab!) to take guests wherever they wish to go which we made use of each evening.
Barstow – I didn’t expect much from the Best Western but it was fine – I would love to see such standards at that price in this country (I always feel so let down by our hotels and restaurants when I return from the States
Thank God it had AC as it was still 108 at 9pm!
The Luxor, Vegas – we were offered a $20 a night upgrade which is well worth it as you get a room on a high floor with a separate shower and bath and all the amenities you would expect from the large Strip hotels. We LOVE Vegas and this was our second visit – we would stay at the Luxor again.
Glorietta Bay Inn, San Diego – another gem – great location, Coronado is just beautiful and relaxing – perfect 6 days there – the hotel is friendly, nice room – although not very big, we got our bay view and balcony which makes all the difference. Lovely little pool to chill by, complimentary drinks all day, cookies in the afternoon, as well as a good choice for breakfast. Highly recommend the hotel and the location – you can then just take the ferry over to downtown San Diego if you wish to be in the city. Plenty of great restaurants on Coronado and an amazing beach – we saw dolphins off the shore – brilliant!
Our whole trip was great and we enjoyed the fact that it was expertly pre-planned and booked – the driving instructions that you supplied were a bonus and appreciated and we were impressed with the pack that you sent us before we left full of info.
I hope this is interesting to you and I look forward to planning our next US trip – when we do, I will be in touch.
Thanks again
Best regards
Lisa and Richard
Hi Roger, David, Lorna,
Just a quick note to say “Thanks” for organising our recent holiday to California. Everything went according to plan and we had a great time, good weather and a good choice of hotels.
Thanks again.
Regards,
David
May I take this opportunity to thank your company for our holiday in the States.
All our bookings were spot on, we couldn’t have asked for more.
We have just returned all fully refreshed and ready for anything.
Many thanks,
David & Carol
We have just returned from a Holiday designed by me and put together by your company.
First may I congratulate you on your prompt and efficient service in getting it all organised.
I know it is always the letters of complaint that that arrive at the office even for the slightest thing that goes wrong with any of the arrangements that you have made even when it is not your fault.
Well this time I am asking you to give yourself a big pat on the back for a truly fantastic holiday with exceptional attention to detail every aspect of our holiday from boarding our aircraft at Heathrow to disembarking at Heathrow on our return went absolutely to schedule right down to the last detail .
Thanks once again from both of us.
Edward Martin & Lesley
Hey y’all, we arrived back on Saturday from one of the best vacations we have ever had, would you thank the colleague in Nashville for suggesting the change of hotels from Best Western in Music Row to the Guesthouse Inns in Music Valley Drive. We took a trip to the former just to see for ourselves and we were far better situated at the Guesthouse, close to amenities etc.. Thanks again for organizing everything !
If you require more feedback we would be only too willing, and would thoroughly recommend your organization to friends, family et al.
Regards Penny & Bryan
Thanks a million for a wonderful holiday. Not only were the island & hotel recommendations excellent, but the flight arrangements &suite location couldn’t have been better, bearing in mind our special requirements. All of that was topped off with the Executive Lounge & courtesy car at Manchester, both extras which were greatly appreciated. Thanks again. If we are ‘spared’, we’ll be back again to see you again.
Rex
I’d just like to thank you for the work you and Complete North America did when arranging our holiday. We had a wonderful holiday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. All the bookings etc. went through smoothly with no problems. The hotels were very comfortable and well situated for what we wanted to do. We will definitely consider using Complete North America and/or its sister company for similar holidays we may take in the future.
Pat
This is just a note to thank you at “Complete North America” for the surprise gift that awaited us when we returned home earlier this week. A welcome change from the huge pile of junk mail! We would also like to thank you for arranging the holiday – it was superb.Everything was so well organised and we really appreciated the small details like the directions to each hotel – it made navigating very easy. Please pass on our thanks to anyone who was involved in making our holiday such a success. We look forward to using your services again.
Christine & Peter
We would like to thank Roger and his team for help with arrangements for our recent trip to Canada. The Renaissance Hotel in Vancouver was excellent-the accommodation was first rate, the staff efficient and friendly and they stored our baggage without fuss or charge during our Knights Inlet break. With regard to the Knights Inlet trip, we cannot praise it too highly. The whole ‘package’ from being picked up from and delivered to Campbell River airport was impossible to better. The staff at Herons Landing in Campbell River treated you as if you were their personal guests and once at Knights Inlet Lodge our feet hardly touched the ground . Within an hour of arriving we were already on our first excursion and this was followed by 7 more before we left(we were only there for 2 nights!).As for grizzly bear viewing we were almost able to feel their breath so close were we on the viewing platforms. We can heartily recommend this to any nature lover and it was well worth every penny.
David and Jennifer
Just wanted to say thank you for all your assistance in organising our latest trip to the States. We had a really good time and the hotels were lovely. The travel directions we had made life easier and the hotels were very conveniently suited for what we wanted to do. We will, no doubt, be organising another trip as soon as we can and will be in touch when the time arises.
Thanks and regards
Diane
A quick note to thank you guys for organising our trip. It went superbly well and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Your recommendations were spot on and all arrangements fell into place perfectly. We only had one very minor glitch in Yosemite where the MapQuest directions did not agree with a roadsign, which we sorted in less than 5 minutes. That was it, everything else went like clockwork. And the weather was fantastic the whole week. Once again many thanks – we have recommended you to friends and family all ready.
Mark and Jane
Just a few words to thank you and your colleagues for organising our great trip to the US – we got back yesterday. The arrangements all went without a hitch and the choice of accommodation was very good. I would really recommend The Lodge at Jackson Village – family run, extremely comfortable and helpful in a nice village. The Hyatt at Charlotte was good but apparently is closing tomorrow to be turned into condos! We did not make one of our own overnight stops and by chance came across a real little gem – Stagecoach House in Hope Valley, Rhode Island. Maybe another one to add to your list? Anyway very many thanks once again – you may well hear from me again next year!
Jane
My wife Janet and I returned yesterday from the trip organised by you. Just to say thanks, we had a fantastic time, all of your organisation was spot on. The Luxor was excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time both in Texas and in Vegas. I’d fully recommend your professionalism and would definitely use your organisation again. Thanks.
Jim
Just arrived home from our tour and found your gift, thank you. I was going to e-mail you on our return to say that we were very pleased with the arrangements you made, everything went without a hitch and the choice of accommodation was ideal for our needs, always convenient for the national parks and/or eating places.
Anyway, thank you once again for making it all ‘happen’. If we are able to do another trip we will certainly use your excellent services again.
Tony
Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday …… all of the arrangements went incredibly smoothly, and for the most part the accommodation was excellent. The Red Rock Inn in Gallup was not particularly good, but I suspect it was the best in the town! Thanks very much for sorting out the query over the hotel charge. Just another example of the excellent service you provide! We will certainly be recommending you to friends and family, and you will be hearing from us again when we have saved up enough for our next big trip. I also thank you for the homecoming gift, which was a very nice touch.
Rachel
Somewhat belatedly I thought I’d just drop you a line to say thank you in putting together what was a fantastic holiday for us. Simon & I just loved British Colombia, it has made us want to return to Canada at some point in the future perhaps though to the Toronto area next time.
All of our agenda went well, we saw some great scenery and enjoyed some wonderful experiences. the little maps provided were excellent, as was the car we collected at Calgary. I loved Banff & it was undoubtedly the best thing to head straight there & enjoy 3 nights in the resort. Simon loved Victoria & I think would have liked longer there. Best Western at Tofino was my favorite hotel – what a setting!!
Without doubt I would recommend your excellent service on to friends, as well as using you again when enough pennies permit us another ‘big’ holiday! So once again many thanks.
Joy & Simon
Further to the message I left with a colleague – we had a fantastic time, trip of a life time and the organisation was fantastic. Every hotel was superb and in the best location. Delighted to recommend Complete North America to anyone and everyone. Thanks.
Mark
Just a short note to say that we had a wonderful holiday in the USA. In particular I would like to say a big thank you for the driving instructions between each Hotel, they were really helpful and got us to each of the destinations without any problems whatsoever. We saw some wonderful sights and had a really good time. Flights were also good and British Airways were as reliable as ever. With very best wishes.
Rebecca and John
Myself, family and seven friends would like to thank you & your company for making our holiday absolutely fantastic. Your planning & organization were spot on.
Jim
Having recently returned from Alabama, I write to thank you all for setting up such a wonderful holiday for us. It really was a terrific experience with excellent hotels, magnificent golf courses and the most welcoming and warm-hearted people you could possibly meet. I have dealt with many holiday companies over the years, and I can honestly say that none of them come within shouting distance of your organisation. From my first contact your speed of response, courtesy and lack of fuss made the whole process completely stress free. My sincere thanks to you all.
Matt
Just a quick mail to say many thanks for organising such a splendid holiday! Everything was excellent. Hotel Rex is a brilliant little hotel, extremely friendly staff and very atmospheric. Thanks for the homecoming gift. I have recommended you to quite a number of people over the past few years. No doubt we will be in contact again.
Rosemary
Just a quick note to thank you for another superb trip. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Once again all aspects of the schedule, hotels, etc were excellent. Many thanks.
Ian
Just to say thanks for organizing such a great holiday for us. The hotels were just what we wanted and your advice about places to visit, length of stays etc was spot on. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and family.
Mark
Just a quick note to say thank you for all your help in sorting out the flights after BA cancelled the original ones. All went to plan and we had a wonderful holiday with excellent accommodation in all locations.
Doug
Just a short note to say how pleased we were with our recent holiday to USA/Canada. There were no problems at all (very rare for us) – the hotels were excellent and the driving instructions very accurate. A big Thank you.
Kathy
I’m rarely so impressed with a holiday that I’m driven to write and thank anyone but so exceptional was the honeymoon that you arranged for my wife and I that I felt I had to let you know.
From the very outset the holiday was efficiently organised and scrupulously planned. All the destinations you chose and their accompanying hotels were fantastic, the flights at the ideal time and with exceptional seats (thanks for fixing that – I’m six feet three!) and the hire car was great. All in all it meant that the honeymoon was something neither of us will ever forget – we’re extremely grateful to you for that.
When I was looking for an appropriate honeymoon I emailed a number of holiday companies. Yours though was the first to get back to me and within 24 hours of my original query I was sent a detailed itinerary and costing. I knew then I need look no further. For anyone looking to holiday in the states I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you. If you want any further feedback about any aspect of the holiday from the hotels to the car hire please do let me know and I’ll be happy to tell you my thoughts. Thanks to you and all your staff.
Piers
Just a few lines to let you know that we had a fantastic holiday. I’m sure that you get many people sending you a few photos and I am not going to be any different! I would like to offer my sincerest thanks to you and your team for making this a most memorable experience. You may also receive an enquiry from my sister in law and I am sure that you will look after her! Many thanks again.
Chris
Just got settled in after getting back from USA. Had a great time and can’t wait till the photos are developed. Will recommend you to any of our friends. Thanks for a great holiday.
Mel
Just a brief note to let you know that all the arrangements you had made for us worked well. The hotels were good and the service we received everywhere was excellent. Thank you for you kind attention to the planning of our holiday, and for the helpful advice you gave along the way. The outcome was first class!
Richard
We just wanted to drop you a line to thank you so much for organising one of the most memorable holiday experiences we have ever had. We wanted to write and congratulate you on your choice of establishments and itinerary because it was first class and it was the best holiday we have had so far and are now contemplating an American adventure on the west coast when we can afford to! So thank you once again for a well organised trip and we look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
Barbara
We returned from our trip to San Diego, Vegas and Utah last week. I just wanted to let you know we had a fantastic time! We really appreciated your help with the planning and all your recommendations were spot on. We particularly loved the Catamaran resort, Moab and Zion. The driving distances were fine and all the motels of a good or excellent standard. We did lots of walking, hanging out and generally having a wonderful family holiday. Thanks again for your help. When we return to North America we’ll know who to contact.
Lisa and family
I am just writing after returning from my trip along route 101 and across the southern desert, I must say that my whole trip was organised perfectly. I was not an easy customer prior to my departure, as I always changed my mind about times, dates, destinations, but Roger Thompson and the whole CNA team arranged every single detail, even the ones I never expected. Thank you so very much for the time and effort you put into my booking and I assure you I enjoyed every single moment. All my trips to destinations served by Complete North America will now be booked with you. Regards and Thanks.
Dean
We would like to thank you and your company for one of the best well organised holidays we have had, we would like to do this again in the future and we will recommend your company to our friends.
Hilary & Mitch
I wanted to drop you a line to say how wonderful my holiday was. The organisation and bookings went without a hitch. Thanks once again for your brilliant planning, I will use Complete North America again.
