This is a customer review from the Bartlett party who went on a New England & Canada fly drive at the beginning of October 2014.

Dear Alistair,

We both wanted to thank you and the team personally for organising our fantastic holiday!

We loved all the booked hotels ….especially for their perfect locations. The Stowe Mountain Lodge and Hotel Le Germain in Toronto were particularly luxurious, but we couldn’t have chosen a more stunning outlook at Niagara or eaten a more traditional American “home style” meal at The Christmas Farm Inn in Jackson.

As we mentioned on our feedback form, we felt it would have been a little overwhelming to have made our stops any shorter. We had plenty of time to do some hiking in New Hampshire and really enjoy the surroundings of the Green Mountains.

The Autumn colours were magnificent and we really enjoyed seeing the Pumpkin Festival celebrations in New England and then when we crossed the border, the Farmers markets and preparations for Thanksgiving in Canada. We experienced mostly mild Autumn weather. Our coldest day in Ottawa the daytime temperature only reached 6 degrees. Our warmest day in Toronto it was 23!

We have so many photographs that it is difficult to choose. The countless colourful foliage landscapes, the folksy pumpkin festival displays, the rainbows over a very close up Niagara Falls, the fantastic view from the top of the CN tower, the sunset over the Charles river at Boston, or the reflections of the old municipal buildings in the glassy skyscrapers of  Montreal. We will take a few more days to decide which images of these personal memories to share with you!

The arrangements made for us were all excellent and it has been a pleasure dealing with you.

Best wishes,

Jill and Tim
